Ingredients: அரிசி / Rice - 1.5 cups All dals 1.5 cups Rice : Dal - 1.5 : 1.5 கடலைப்பருப்பு/ Chana dal - 1/2 cup துவரம்பருப்பு / Toor dal/ pigeon dal - 1/2 cup பாசிப்பருப்பு / ( green)Mung dal- 2 tbsps உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal / black gram - 2 tbsps மசூர் பருப்பு / Masoor dal - 2 tbsps திருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 4 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1/4 tsp சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 6 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - to make adai Method: Wash & soak rice & dal separately for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs grind rice with salt, red chili, curry leaves & asafetida to a coarse batter. Grind all dals coarsely . Mix dal & rice nicely & rest it for 2 hrs. Take batter in a separate bowl & add grated coconut & mix well. Heat tava & make adai in round shape & oil all around to make it get roasted in medium flame. Flip to the other side & pour oil nicely. Make all adai in this manner & serve. Best combination for this will be butter & jaggery. Serve hot with side dish. Do try this coconut adai & enjoy.

#oats #pattice #ragdapattiesrecipe #tikki Ingredients: காய்ந்த பட்டாணி / Dried peas- 1 cup ஓட்ஸ் / Oats - 1 cup உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- 4 ( medium size) தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder- 1/2 + 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/2 + 1/2 tsp சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1 tsp கருப்பு உப்பு / Black salt- 1/2 tsp பச்சைக் கொத்தமல்லி சட்னி / Green chutney- 2 tsps வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2 tbsps( to add on top of pattice) சேவ் / Sev - 2 tbsps இனிப்பு சட்னி / Khatta meetha chutney- 2 tbsps ( if necessary) கொத்மல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt -as per taste மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash & soak peas overnight. Then wash it nicely with water. Cook the same in pressure cooker for 5 whistles after adding turmeric, salt, Jeera & coriander. After 5 whistles cool the same. Then mash peas with potato masher nicely to make ragda & boil for 5 minutes. Add free chili to that. ( not added red chili) can add as per taste. Dry roast oats in a pan & make it powder in a mixer jar when it is cooled. Cook potato separately & mash the same nicely. Add coriander, Jeera, green chili, coriander, chaat powder & add black salt also to that. Make a dough after cooling. Then mix potato & oats powder well & make dough Make round shaped Tikki out of that fry in a pan after adding ghee & oil. Roast nicely on both sides till get golden color. Patties are ready now. To serve: Place peas ragda in a plate & place patties on that. Then add more ragda & add sev, onion, green chutney & meetha chutney & coriander leaves. Ingredients: Nel pori Urundai preparation: நெல் பொரி/ Puffed paddy- 125 gms ( to be measured as 3 parts in a cup ) வெல்லம் / Jaggery - 1 cup ( same cup measurement for pori) ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp சுக்குப்பொடி / Dry ginger powder- 1/2 tsp நெய் / ghee - 1 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water- 1/2 cup ( to be measured in the same cup) Clean the husk of pori & fry in dry Kadhai for 2 minutes. Add water to jaggery & boil in medium flame. Add cardamom, fry ginger powder & mix. When jaggery is dissolved & boil add ghee & mix. To check the consistency, pour a drop of jaggery in a plate with water. The Pak should be in rolling consistency. Then add the jaggery mixture in Murmure & mix wel. Grease the palm with ghee & then make balls out of that. First make Laddoo lightly. After some time make it tight to get nice Laddoos. Now the prasad is ready . In the same way & measurement prepare the poha puffed rice also to get nice Laddoos. Before making clean & dry in hot sun . Store it in airtight container. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!

Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Gram flour- 1 cup பால் / Milk- 1 cup நெய் / Ghee - 1 cup துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1 cup பாதாம் பொடி / Badam powder- 1/2 cup ( instead we can take cashew powder also) சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2.5 cups ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1/2 tsp Method: Grease a tray with ghee. Fry gram flour for 4 minutes in dry kadhai in low flame. Switch off the flame. Add grated coconut, ghee, milk , & sugar to that. Switch on the flame & mix well in medium flame . Stir continuously & add cardamom powder. Full process of stirring takes 20 minutes. Just do it till the mixture leaves the sides of the kadhai. Then pour on the tray & let it cool for some time. Preparation of Boondi: Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Gram flour- 2 cups அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 2 tbsps மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1 tbsp உப்பு / Salt- 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric- 1/4 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - to fry Mix all well & then add water to make batter for Boondi to the correct consistency. Heat oil. Using the Boondi plate add the batter on top of oil. Fry till golden color. Then Boondi is ready. Preparation of sev: Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Gram flour- 2 cups அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour - 1 tbsp உப்பு / Salt- 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil- 2 tbsps மிளகாய்தூள் / Chili powder- 1 tbsp Mix dry ingredients & then pour hot oil & mix. Then add water to make batter for sev as shown in video. Take the sev plate in Murukku press & make sev on top of hot oil. Fry on both sides till golden color. Crispy sev is ready now. Preparation of Murukku: Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Ricd flour- 1 cup உளுந்து மாவு / Ulad dal flour- 1/4 cup ( dry roast Ulad dal & make powder & sieve) வெண்ணை / butter - 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp Mix all well & then add water to make a semi solid dough ro make Murukku . Fill up the press & make Murukku on oil & fry them till golden. Murukku is ready now. Instead of this we can add ribbon Pakoda also in this. Preparation of maida biscuit: Ingredients: சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 1/4 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 1/4 cup எண்ணை or நெய் / Oil or ghee- 1/4 cup மைதா / Maida - 1 cup or 1.25 Method: Add sugar, oil& water together & heat Toll sugar melts. Need not be boiled. Just dissolve sugar. Switch off the stove. Cool the same & then add maida to make batter. Rest for 15 minutes. Then make roti out if it & cut in to the desired size & fry till it golden color and becomes crispy. Now the biscuits r ready. Fry peanuts, Poha, roasted gram, curry leaves, and cashews in oil. Keep them in paper so as to absorb excess oil . Add in the mixture. Lastly in dry Kadhai, roast asafetida, red chili powder, turmeric & salt. Add in the mixture & mix well. As we have not added salt, chili etc in Poha & ground nut we are doing this process to get an equal taste in the mixture all over. Our Madras mixture is ready to eat now. Ingredients: நெய் / Ghee - number of diyas u want to make( accordingly take ghee) கற்பூரம் / Camphor - 5 to 6 பஞ்சு திரி / Cotton wicks- 15 ( can buy from market or can make at home) Chocolate mould- 1 ( instead of this we can use ice tray of refrigerator) Method: Melt ghee with camphor. First pour some ghee on moulds & then place the cotton wicks. Fill up to the top & refrigerate for 2 hrs. Demould it by pressing from bottom so as to get a nice shape slowly. Keep it in fridge before using it. Can keep this ghee Diya in normal Diya’s & light it for puja for Diwali Happy Diwali to u all

தேங்காய் பர்பி/Diwali Special Sweet Coconut Burfi Recipe/How to make coconut Burfi

Ingredients: துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1 cup சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup பால் / Milk - 2 tbsps துருவிய பாதாம் / Sliced badam- 6 நெய் / Ghee - 2 tsps Method: First Grease a tray with ghee to place the coconut Burfi mixture Peel the brown color in coconut 🥥 & then grate. Add milk to that & grind in mixer so as to get a soft coconut Burfi. Instead of milk we can add milk powder also while making Burfi. Sauté the coconut in a pan to make it dry for 2 minutes soak to take out the moisture in that. Then add sugar to that & mix nicely for 2 to 3 minutes in low to medium flame. The mixture gets loose after adding sugar. Add cardamom powder & ghee. Do mix till we get a thick mixture & leaves the sides of the pan. Then place the mixture in tray & level the same with a spatula. Add badam slices on top & press a little. Cool the same. Cut in required slices to make Burfi when it is warm. Ingredients: மைதா / Maida- 1 cup கோதுமை மாவு / Wheat flour- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp எள் / Sesame- 2 tsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp ஓம்ம் / Carom seeds- 2 tsps ( roasted & ground) மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder - 2 tsps உருக்கிய நெய் / Melted ghee - 2 tbsps ( can use melted butter or hot oil) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method: Mix maida & wheat flour together nicely. Ingredients: முருங்கை இலை / Moringa leaves- 125 gms ( washed, cleaned only leaves) கோதுமை மாவு / Wheat flour- 1.5 cups கடலை மாவு / Bengalgram flour- 3 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste ஓம்ம் / Ova / ajwain- 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 3/4 tsp மல்லித்தூள் / Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp மிளகாய்தூள் / Red chili powder- 1.5 tsps எண்ணை / Oil- 2 tbsps Method: Wash & clean Moringa leaves & drain water. Take wheat flour , Bengal gram ,Moringa leaves, coriander, cumin, carrom seeds, red chili powder, oil & salt in a vessel. Mix nicely. Then add water & make a nice dough. Rest it for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour make balls out of the dough & make round chapathi. As we r going to make layered one , apply oil on chapathi evenly & fold as I have shown in video & roll the same. Then make chapathi out of that. Heat tawa on stove & keep the chapathi in medium flame. After the bubble comes turn the same to the next side & apply oil. Roast it on both sides nicely. Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard, soaked dals, pepper powder, asafetida, curry leaves, and green & red chili. Fry well & then add grated coconut. Then add water & let it boil. Add poha powder & stir in medium flame to get like puma consistency. Cover & cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep it on a plate and cool the same. Make small dumplings of the dough & steam it for 10 minutes. This I have made for Ganesh Chaturthi neiyvedyam. Not added onion etc. In normal days we can make it with onion & any veggies to make it more tasty & healthy. Serve hot with any chutney. This is very good for lunchbox, breakfast, or dinner. The Hanuman statue, which is 35 ft tall, has a 20-ft tall base. Altogether it is 55 ft tall. The statue, which has been carved from a single stone, was prepared in Nadhyal district of Andhra Pradesh. About 30 artisans led by sculptor V. Subrahmanyam Acharya made the statue in three months. Definitely make a visit to this temple if you have a chance of going to Kerala. #peanut#verkadalai #verkadaliueundai#ranjisflavours Ingredients: வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts- 1 glass ( fried & peeled) வெல்லம் / Jaggery - 3/4 cup தண்ணீர் / water- less than 1/4 cup நெய் / Ghee - 2 to 3 tsps ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Take jaggery in Kadhai & add water less than 1/4 cup & dissolve the same by keeping it on the stove. After dissolving strain the same to remove impurities. Again keep it in Kadhai & boil it till we get a thick Pak. Add 2 tsp of ghee & cardamom powder in that. Check the jaggery syrup in a cup of water to get a thick Pak & it should roll if we take it out from the water. That is the correct consistency. Then add groundnuts & mix well. சுலபமான முறையில் கைமுறுக்கு செய்வது எப்படி/How to make Kai Murukku/Kai Suthu Murukku recipe in Tamil


 

#kaimurukku #kaisuthalmurukkuintamil#kaimurukkurecipe Ingredients: அரிசி / Rice- 1 glass உளுந்து / Ulad dal - 2 tbsps சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp கட்டி பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1 tsp( soaked in water) கல் உப்பு /Rock salt- 1 tsp( soaked in water) வெண்ணை / un salted Butter- 1.5 tsp தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - to fry Murukku Method: Wash rice nicely. Drain water & keep it for an hour. Then grind in mixer to a fine powder & sieve the same twice. For 1 glass of rice we get 2 glasses of flour. Dry fry Ulad dal in Kadhai without oil till it becomes golden colour. Cool & make powder of the same sieve it nicely. Take the rice flour in a bowl & add Ulad dal powder, butter & mix it well without any lumps. Add cumin, salt water, asafoetida water & mix well. Then add water slowly to mix all well little by little. Make a soft dough for Murukku. Spread one towel to make Murukku. Keep a bottle cover & make & twist the dough all around that by pressing the one end with left hand . This will be perfect only by practice. Then take out the cover. Without bottle cover also we can make Murukku by pressing one end with left hand. Make all Murukku like this. After some time the water content in Murukku is absorbed by the cloth & it becomes dry. Heat oil in medium flame. Take out the Murukku in a plate & slowly put in oil to fry. Fry the same till it becomes golden color. Make all in this way. Ingredients: மசூர் பருப்பு / Masoor dal- 1.5 cups பாசிப்பருப்பு / Mung dal - 1/2 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 4 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt - to taste எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa & appam பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 Method: Wash masoor dal & mung dal nicely thrice & soak it for 3 hrs. Afterwards drain the water & make a fine paste of each with green chili, asafoetida, ginger & salt. Mix both the dal nicely & rest it for 30 minutes. Method for chutney: தேங்காய் / Coconut 🥥- 1/2 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 பொட்டுக்கடலை / Roasted gram- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp புதீனா இலைகள் / Mint leaves- 3 tbsps Take all this in mixer jar & make tasty chutney. For Kara appam: Take the batter in a bowl. Add onion, coriander & curry leaves & mix well with water ( as per consistency) Grease the appam pan with oil & heat. Fill up the batter in pan & add oil . Cover the same & cook well . After 2 minutes turn all appam to other side & add oil to make it to become crisp. Kara appam is ready with mint chutney. For making dosa: Take the batter in a separate bowl & add little water to make it in to dosa consistency. Heat non stick tawa & grease it with oil. Sprinkle some water on that & wipe it with tissue please paper. Then spread the dosa batter & make dosa & add oil. Make it crisp on both sides & serve with mint chutney. Peel the skin & make fine paste with milk. Keep it aside Dry roast Makhana till it becomes crispy in a pan. Make fine powder after cooling. ( in this step we can add milk & and make a paste out of that OR add milk when we combine with badam paste) Add ghee in pan & add almond paste & keep it for 2 minutes & stir. Add melon seeds & saffron milk in that. Mix well. After it cooks add fox nut powder & mix well. Then add sugar. Stir well to combine all. Add 1/2 cup of milk & mix nicely to combine all nicely. Stir in medium flame & add little ghee to that. After 3 minutes almond fox nut halwa will be ready & leaves the sides of the pan. Add cashews & mix. Halwa is ready now, keep in serving bowl. Take small plates & grease the same. Take a small spoon of batter & spread in the small plates & keep it for steaming with a covered lid for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes take out the plates & cool. Take out if there are seeds . Heat 1 tsp of oil in a Kadhai & add mustard . Add bitter gourd & sauté in medium flame. Grind all fried masalas into coarse powder & keep it aside. Cook the black Chana separately in pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistles & keep aside. After that add tamarind syrup & cook the same with a lid. After 4 minutes check whether they are cooked nicely. After 5 hrs drain the water from dal & make a nice paste out of that without adding water. Keep aside. Soak rava in 1/2 of thick curd for 30 minutes after mixing the same nicely. After that add soaked rava in the mung dal batter & mix thoroughly. Add onion, carrots, coriander, salt, turmeric, green chili & red chili powder. Mix well & the batter is ready now. Heat a grill pan & grease the same with oil. ( can make in ordinary tava also)Spread the batter in a rectangular shape evenly & add oil. Cover the same & cook well till we get golden colour. After 4 minutes flip to the other side & roast it. Make all cheelas like that & serve with Kadhi ( Mir kuzhambu) or tomato ketchup or green chutney. Can cut the same in pieces & can pack in lunchbox. Ingredients: பழுத்த மாம்பழம் /Riped mango - 1 பால் / Creamy milk- 1 full glass பாதாம் / Badam sliced- 2. Tsps மாம்பழத்தண்டுகள்/ Mango pieces ( to be kept separately to add at last from mango) வெனிலா ஜஸ்க்ரீம் / vanila icecream - 2 scoops சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2 tbsps பிஸ்தா / Pistachios- 1 tsp ( sliced) Method : Wash & peel mango & cut in pieces. Add milk , sugar & make pulp of the same. Keep the same in a bowl in refrigerator for 1 hr. After an hour serve in glasses. Top it with mango pieces, Badam & a scoop of ice cream. வேக வைக்காம ஜவ்வரிசி சேவை வடாம்/Easy way of making Sabudana kurdai (No cooking)Sago vadam recipe

Ingredients: ஜவ்வரிசி / Sago- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method: Wash sago twice & drain water. Add water up to the level of sago & soak it for 8 hrs. ( say around 12 noon) Night 8 o’clock : Boil 2 cups of water in a pan & add salt. Add the water in sago & soak it for overnight. Morning mix the sago nicely & it is ready to mash. Take one bowl & keep a strainer. Add the soaked Sabudhana & mash well with potato masher or any thick based cup. The paste from sago comes in the bowl. Remaining sago to be made paste in a blender. Take the Murukku press & grease with oil. Take the sago paste in press & make sevai vadam. Dry in hot sun for 2 days. It comes out v nicely & white in color. முருங்கைக்காய் கொத்சு இப்படி செஞ்சு அசத்துங்க/Tasty Drumstick Bharta Immunity booster Moringa curry

Ingredients: முருங்கைக்காய் / Drumsticks - 1/2 kg வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 ( big) தக்காளி / Tomato -1 ( big) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-3 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili -1 துறுவிய இஞ்சி / Grated ginger-1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Riasted Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லி விரை பொடி / Coriander powder-1/2 tsp காரப்பொடி / Red chili powder-1/2 tsp ( if necessary ) உப்பு / Salt - as per taste எண்ணை / Oil - 4 tsps கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 tbsps கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash & cut drumstick in big pieces so that to fit in pressure pan cooker. Keep drumsticks in cooker & add water to immerse nicely. Keep it for 1 whistle. Afterwards take out the drumsticks & let it cool. Take out the pulp easily & keep it aside. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard, Jeera & asafetida. Add green & red chili , ginger to that. Add onion & tomato to that & fry them till becomes soft . Then add drumstick pulp to that & cook with lid in medium flame for 5 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric, coriander & roasted Jeera powder. Mix well & cook. Take 2 tbsps of Bengal gram flour & mix with water to make slurry without lumps. Add this slurry to the pulp & mix well. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to combine well. At this stage we can addd little water as per required consistency if necessary. Our yummy tasty drumstick bharta / gostu is ready to serve as side dish for Roti, rice etc. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Ingredients: அவல் பொறி / Flattened rice flakes- 2 cups கடலை / Peanuts- 1/2 cup பொட்டுக்கடலை / Roadted gram- 1/2 cup எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps + oil to fry corn flakes கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little மஞ்சள் தூள்/ Turmeric- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp மல்லித்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp கார்ன் ப்ளேக்ஸ் / Corn flakes - 1/2 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method: Clean flattened rice flakes . Heat oil in kadhai & roast peanuts till crispy. Fry curry leaves. Fry rice flakes till crispy. Add asafetida, cumin , coriander, turmeric & chili powder. Mix well after adding salt. Add fried peanuts & curry leaves to that & mix. Heat oil in kadhai &fry corn flakes also. Keep it in tissue paper to remove oil. Add the same to the mixture & mix. ஈஸியான அரிசி அப்பளம் செய்முறை/Rice papad recipe in Tamil Method-1How to make Rice papad in easy way

Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு /Rice flour- 1 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 1.5 cups உப்பு / Salt - to taste ( 1/2 tsp) பச்சை மிளகாய் விழுது / Green chili paste- 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 1 tsp Method: To make flour: Wash 1 kg of rice thrice & drain the water. Dry in a cloth for 2 hrs nicely. Then add 100 gms of sago ( sabudana) to that & make flour in a flour mill. From this flour take one cup for papad. Take a heavy bottom pan & add 1.5 cups of water. Add salt, green chili paste, oil & cumin. Let it boil. Then add rice flour to that & cook nicely. Keep it for 6 minutes in low flame & cook the same. ( if the pan is not thick heat Tawa on gas & keep the pan on that & cook for 6 minutes so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom) After 6 minutes cool the dough & keep it in thick plastic bag & press nicely on all sides with potato masher, so that the dough becomes soft nicely. Take out that & roll small size balls to make papad. Keep the balls inside one plastic sheet & press it with a plate or flat bottomed vessel to make papad. Spread the same event with a finger to get a thin papad. Dry the same in hot sun for 2 days. After 2 days we can fry them in hot oil. #KabuliChanaSalad#chana#கொத்துக்கடலைசாலட்#saladrecipeforweightloss Ingredients: பெரிய வெள்ளைக்கொத்துக்கடலை/ Kabuli chana-1 cup பெரிய வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 வெள்ளரிக்காய் / Cucumber- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato-1 காரட் / Carrot- 1 வறுத்த வேர்க்கடலை / Roasted peanuts- 1/4 cup மாங்காய் / Raw mango- 3 tbsps( cut) உப்பு / Salt - to taste மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ்/ Lemon juice - 2 tsps பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-2 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash Chana & soak it for overnight. Cook the same for 6 to 7 whistles in pressure cooker with the same water. Cool the same & drain water. Keep it aside. Cut onion, cucumber, tomatoes, green chili & raw mango. Take Chana in a bowl. Add all (cut veggies)salt, pepper & mix thoroughly. ( green chili can be skipped if it is for children) Squeeze lemon & add coriander leaves on top. Serve salad anytime especially at lunch time.
