Cut onion & capsicum finely. Mix onion, paneer & capsicum with salt. Heat the sandwich maker & grease it with butter. Apply green chutney in one slice & other with butter. Keep paneer mixture in between & make a sandwich. Keep sandwich in toaster & keep it till green light. Once it gets roasted take out & serve . This is very good for a lunch box. வீட்ல ₹25 க்கு பாஸ்தா&பிட்ஸா சாஸ் செஞ்சு அசத்துங்க/Homemade Pasta Sauce/Pizza & Pasta Sauce Recipe


 

#PastaPizzaSauceRecipe#HomemadePastaPizzaSauce#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: தக்காளி / Tomato - 8 ( 600 gms) உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp இத்தாலியன் ஹர்ப் / Italian herbs - 1 tbsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1 tsp பூண்டு பல் / Garlic pods -20 ஆலிவ் எண்ணை / Olive oil - 3 tbsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் துண்டுகள் / Red chili flakes- 1 tbsp Method: Wash tomatoes & wipe it nicely. Cut in small pieces & make a paste. Grind garlic pods nicely & fry them separately till the raw smell goes. Take olive oil in Kadhai. Add pepper powder, and red chili flakes. Then mix tomato paste & fried garlic to that. Keep the flame to medium & cook. Add salt, and Italian herbs & mix. Boil for up to 25 minutes to get a nice consistency. Lastly, add fresh basil or dried basil to that. Our yummy Pasta / Pizza sauce is ready. Store it in a clean air-tight container for 8 days in the refrigerator & use it. #VendaikaiPachadi#BhindiRaita#FriedOjraInCurd#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: வெண்டைக்காய் / Bhindi / Okra - 150 gms கட்டி தயிர் / Thick curd - 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1/4 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 ( slit ) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp எண்ணை / oil - 1 tsp for Tadka & little oil to fry Bhindi கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1.5 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 tsps Method: Wash & cut Bhindi into small pieces. Add salt, Jeera powder, Bengal gram flour & water. Keep the same for 10 minutes to rest. Heat oil in Kadhai & fry all Bhindi in 2 batches. Fry till we get a golden color in high flame. ( flame should not be low as it will make the Bhindi soft) Whisk curd nicely & add to Bhindi after it becomes cool. Add salt, & mix well. Add Jeera & chili powder on top before serving. #CrispyUniquePakoda#SnackPakoda#ranjisflavours Ingredients: கோதுமை மாவு / Wheat flour- 1/4cup சிறிய ரவை / Nice Rava - 1/4cup கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1/4cup அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour-1/4 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 3 to 4 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves - little சோம்பு இலை / Dil leaves- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1 tsp ஓம்ம் / carom seeds- 1/2 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 big தயிர் / Curd - 1/4 cup எண்ணை / Oil- to fry இஞ்சி் / Grated ginger - 1/2 Inch Method: Take Rava & soak it with curd separately for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix wheat flour & Bengal gram flour, rice flour & then Rava after 15 minutes. Add onion, green chili, carrom seeds, turmeric, chili powder, salt, dil leaves & coriander. Slowly add water to the flour & make a semi-solid batter. Heat oil in Kadhai. Drop the batter in oil slowly like pakoda & fry till golden color. Our yummy crispy pakoras are ready to serve. Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 2.5 cups உப்பு / Salt - to taste பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 5 to 6 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch grated பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp ( soaked in water) கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves - little சோம்பு இலை / Saunf leaves/ Dil leaves - 1 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 cups (Can take 2.25 cups if necessary) எண்ணை / Oil - to roast சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1/2 cup Method: Take rice flour in a bowl. Add salt, Asafetida water, green chili, ginger, dil leaves, coriander & grated coconut. Mix all ingredients nicely. Then add water & make dough. Place one banana leaf & grease the same with oil. Take a ball of dough & keep it on a leaf. Press the same with your palm & shape it like Roti. Heat Tava. Place the banana leaf on the Tava on the reverse side & press it on top. After 2 seconds remove the leaf slowly from that. Then add oil & roast it, and cover it with a lid. Roast on both sides. Ingredients: துவரம்பருப்பு / Toor dal / pigeon lentil - 2 cups கடலைப்பருப்பு / Chana dal / Bengal gram- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste பீன்ஸ் / Beans - 1/2 kg ( finely chopped) சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 7 to 8 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric- 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tbsps + for frying கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 2 tsp Method: Wash & soak dal for 2 hrs Cook beans separately with little turmeric, salt & little water. After 2 hrs grind Dal coarsely in mixer jar with salt, red chili & Asafetida in 2 batches. Mix well. Add little oil on top & mix. Cook the same in pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Heat oil in Kadhai. Add mustard , Ulad dal , turmeric & curry leaves. Add the cooked dal in that . Fry for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame till it becomes powdery. Then add cooked beans to that & mix. Fry again for 5 to 6 minutes by closing the same with a lid. As we have added Chana dal & oil it helps the dal to become powdery like curry. Add salt, turmeric, chili, Jeera ( powders) & Asafetida water. Heat oil in Tadka pan & add to the flour. Mix all ingredients nicely to mix up with oil & make a dough by adding water little by little. Heat oil in Kadhai & check whether the oil is hot. Grease the Murukku press with oil. Place the dough in that. Make pakoda in hot oil & fry in medium flame on both sides. Ingredients: ரவை / Rava - 1.5 cups கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 cups சர்க்கரை / Powdered Sugar - 2 cups ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1 tsp நெய் / Ghee - 3/4 cuி Method: Roast Rava with ghee in a Kadhai till the color changes & nice aromatic. Dry roast Bengal gram flour for 5 minutes & then add ghee to that. Roast the same in low to medium flame for 15 minutes. Once the ghee oozes out of flour add Rava to that & mix nicely. Again add ghee to that & mix. When it is hot close with lid & switch off the flame. Keep ur for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add powdered sugar & mix nicely. After adding sugar it becomes little soft. Pl like & subscribe to my channel Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour / Besan - 2 cups அரசி மாவு / Rice flour - 2 tsps உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Red chili powder - 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / asafetida- 1 tsp ( soaked in water) வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts - 2 tbsps முந்திரி / Cashews - 12 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method: Sieve Bengal gram flour. Add rice flour, salt, asafetida & chili powder. Mix everything nicely. Then add water little by little & make a batter & mix nicely. There should not be any lumps in the batter. Heat oil in a kadhai. Take boondi maker. Pour the batter on that on top of oil. When it is golden brown & crispy take out from oil. While preparing the next batch ( every time)wipe off the bottom side of the boondi plate nicely. This will help the boondi to come out in a round shape. Fry peanuts, cashews & curry leaves. Ingredients: ரவை / Rava/ Sooji /Semolina- 1.5 cups சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2.25 cups ( 1 : 1.5 ) ratio தண்ணீர் / Water - 4.5 cups ( 1 : 3 ) ratio ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1/2 tsp கேசரிக்கலர் / Orange food color- 1/4 tsp நெய் / Ghee - 5 to 6 tsps முந்திரி / Cashews - 10 உலர்ந்த திராட்சை / Raisins - 10 Method: Add 3 tsps of ghee in a kadhai. Add-cashews & grapes & roast it becomes golden. Take out & Keep it Separately in a plate. In the same kadhai with ghee add Rava. Roast it till it becomes cream in color so that all rava roasted in ghee v well. Boil water in a separate pan. Add the boiling water to rava & mix it. Let it cook nicely. Then add sugar to that & mix . After 3 minutes add orange food color & cardamom powder & mix nicely . After that add ghee & mix. Add cashews & dry grapes & mix. In between add ghee. When the Kesari leaves the sides of kadhai switch off the flame. Keep it in a serving bowl. Enjoy hot Rava Kesari with fried bajiyas. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Ingredients: கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste ( 3/4 tsp) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 4 எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 1 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tsp ( grated) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 4 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard - 1 tsp Method: Wash & soak bengal gram . Soak in water for 2.5 hrs. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan. Add the soaked dal in that & add little turmeric powder to that. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame. Dal should not be cooked till it gets mashed. Just it should be cooked. Drain the dal from water. Heat oil in a kadhai. Once it pops add green chili, red chili & ginger to that. Sauté for 1 minute. Ingredients: கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1/4 cup பாசிப்பருப்பு / Split green dal - 1/4 cup வெல்லம் / Jaggery- 1 cup ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 3 to 4 முந்திரி / Cashews - 10 திராட்சை / Raisins - 10 நெய் / ghee - 3 tsps பால் / Milk - 3/4 glass துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 2 tbsps தேங்காய் சிறு துண்டுகள் / Cut coconut pieces- 15 Method: Dry roast Bengal gram for 2 to 3 minutes & soak in water for 45 minutes. Dry roast mung dal & pour water to cook nicely. Cook Bengal gram after 45 minutes in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. ( we can cook in an open vessel also) Grind Bengal gram, cardamom & coconut in a mixer jar & grind. Roast cashews, raisins & coconut pieces in ghee till they r golden in colour. After cooking the moong dal add this paste & cook the same for 4 minutes. After that add jaggery & mix nicely till they melt nicely. Cauliflower Manchurian in Tamil/Gobi Manchurian starter recipe/How to make crispy Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients: காலி ப்ளவர் ( cut செய்தவை)Cauliflower florets- 1/2 kg உப்பு / Salt - to taste எண்ணை / oil - to fry பூண்டு / Garlic- 3 tbsp ( finely chopped) இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tbsp( grated) சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 4 tbsps மைதா மாவு / Maida / All purpose flour- 4 tbsps சோயா சாஸ் / Soya sauce- 3 to 4 tsps மிளகாய் சாஸ் / Red chili sauce- 3 tsps தக்காளி கெச்சப் / Tomato ketchup- 3 tsps வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring onion- 5 to 6 tbsps ( cut) Method: Cut cauliflower in equal sizes. Wash & drain the water in the cauliflower. Heat water in a pan & add a little salt. Cook cauliflower in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. After 4 minutes drain the water in a colander. Cool the same. Take corn flour & Maida in a bowl. Add ginger paste & little salt. Mix the same. Then add florets to that & mix it thoroughly to coat the flour in all florets. Heat oil in a Kadhai & fry all florets twice so that it becomes crispy. Fry one batch, take it out while they are half-fried, then again fry once they are a little warm. Making of sauce: Keep oil in Kadhai & add garlic. Fry them till they are brown. Add little onion & salt. Sauté them nicely. Add soya sauce, chili sauce & tomato ketchup & sauté nicely. Mix corn flour in a bowl & add water to make a slurry. Then add this slurry to the sauces & mix. Add spring onion also. Add little water to get a nice liquid sauce& boil the same for 2 minutes. Then add fried florets to that & mix well. Lastly, add more spring onion on top and serve hot. This is the best starter recipe & all will love it. Try the same & give your feedback. #MangoPudding#MangoDessertRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: மாம்பழம் / Riped mango- 2 சர்க்கரை / Sugar- 1/2 cup பால் / Milk - 1.25 cups + .25 cup சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 1/4 cup ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 2 pinches எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron- few strands சாரப்பருப்பு / Chironji seed- few to decorate மாம்பழத்துண்டுகள் / Mango pieces- few Method: Wash & cut mangoes to pieces. Take it in a mixer jar & add 1.25 cups of milk, sugar, cardamom powder & salt. Make a smooth pulp & take the pulp into a pan. Keep the flame in low & stir the pulp for 6 to 7 minutes. Add lemon juice. In the meantime make a slurry out of corn flour & 1/4 cup of milk. Add the same to the mixture & stir till we get thick paste & bubbles all over. All this is to be made in very low flame. Switch off the flame. Fill the mixture in short glasses & tap the same. Keep refrigerated for 2 to 3 hrs. After 3 hrs take out the same & add saffron, mango pieces & chironji on top. Serve the pudding when it is chill & enjoy! Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Palisade is a Statutory Town in Mesa County, Colorado, United States. It is part of the Grand Junction Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,692 at the 2010 census. The community was named for the cliffs near the town site. Palisade is known for its peach orchards and wine vineyards. I got a chance of visiting the same for peach plucking & really it was an enjoyable trip. Hope you all liked this vlog.

சோள ரொட்டி/How to make Makki ki Roti/Yellow corn Roti Recipe/Gluten-free makki ki Roti Recipe


#GlutenfreeMakkiKiRoti#MakkiKiRoriRecipe#சோளரொட்டி#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: சோள மாவு / Maize flour/ makki ki atta- 2 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp முள்ளங்கி / Raddish - 300 gms Method: Wash & grate radish. Add salt & keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes squeeze out the water from the radish & keep. Take Maize flour on a plate. Add little salt & mix. Then add squeezed radish into that. Mix all nicely to make a nice dough by adding little water if necessary. If the water is more, It will be difficult to make roti. Apply little oil to the dough & keep it for 10 minutes with a lid. After 10 minutes make a ball out of dough to make Roti. The rest of the dough is to be covered & kept. Take a piece of plastic paper & keep the Makki balls & flatten the same with the palm nicely by keeping the plastic cover on top. If necessary we can cut the same in a round shape with a plate. The edges will be thin & will be a little thick only. But it will be soft inside. Heat Tava & apply little oil. Take out the Roti from the plastic slowly & place it on Tava. Cook & roast it in medium flame after adding ghee on top & sides. Roast on both sides nicely. Make all the other rotis in the same way. Sarson ka saag is the best side dish for this Makki ki roti. But today I have made Palak ki saag. Apply butter to roti when it is v hot. This will be tasty & crispy. This is a gluten-free recipe. Please try & give your feedback on this. #GlutenFreeSamaiRiceUthappam#LittleMilletUthappamRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: சாமை அரிசி / Samai Rice ( little millet)- 500 gms (1/2 kg)- 2 cups 2 tbsps உளுந்து / Ulad dal - 1/2 cup வெந்தயம் / Methi/ fenugreek- 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - to make Uthappam வெங்காயம் /Onion - 1 ( finely chopped) குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 ( finely chopped) Method: Wash & soak little millet for 4 hrs Wash & soak Ulad dal & Methi for 2 hrs Grind millet & dal separately & then mix it with salt. Let it ferment for 6 to 7 hrs. Grease the tava with oil. Spread the batter in small sizes. Add onion & capsicum on top & pour oil on the sides. Let it get roasted & then flip to the other side & roast it. Make all Uthappam in the same way . Serve hot with coconut or onion chutney. Yummy crispy millet Uthappam is ready. #RiceVadam#RiceVadamRecipe#KuchiVadam#KattaiVadam Ingredients: அரிசி /Rice - 1 kg ஜவ்வரிசி / Sabudana- 150 gms பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 7 எலுமிச்சம்பழம் / Lemon - 1/2 ( take out the juice & keep it separately) உப்பு / Salt - 1.5 tsp( as per taste) எண்ணை / Oil - 1 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 cups Rice flour: water is 1:2 ratio முறுக்கு ப்ரஸ் / Murukku press with plates Method: Preparation of flour: Take 1 kg of rice. Wash it thrice & drain water. Spread it in a cloth to dry. After drying mix with Sabudana & grind nicely in a flour mill. Sieve the same. Preparation of Vadam: Take 2 cups of flour. Add 4 cups of water to a heavy bottom pan. Add salt & oil. When it boils add the flour & mix it nicely without lumps in a medium flame. After stirring for 3 to 4 minutes it becomes thick. The batter should not stick to our hands when we touch the same. Then switch off the flame. Cover it with a lid and keep it for 20 minutes. Clean plastic sheet & keep it ready beforehand. After 20 minutes open the lid & knead the batter nicely without lumps with your hand. As it is v hot touch water & knead the batter. Make balls out of that. Take a Murukku press and grease the same with oil inside. Fill up the batter & make stick vadam with the required plate. Then make Sevai vadam with sev plate . As the measurement is correct, it is v easy to make this. Make all Vadam in this way & dry in sun for 3 days. Ingredients: அவல் / Flattened rice/ Poha- 3 cups புளி / Tamarind- Lemon sized ball soaked in water ( take out the syrup after soaking for 20 minutes) வேர்க்கடலை / peanuts🥜 - 3 tbsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 3( even green chilli can be added as per taste) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt- to taste எண்ணை / Oil - 5 to 6 tsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tbsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tbsp மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Method: Taka Poha in a bowl & wash nicely. Drain the water & keep it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in Kadhai & add mustard. Then add red chili, Bengal gram, curry leaves & turmeric powder.sauté the same & switch off the flame. Add turmeric syrup in Poha & mix nicely. Keep the same for 10 minutes. Then add Poha in the Tadka which we have prepared. Switch on the flame & mix it thoroughly. Sprinkle little water on top & cook it on low flame & keep it covered. After Poha becomes soft add coriander on top & serve it hot. Our turmeric Poha is ready which is very healthy for breakfast. Add butter. Add onion, all veggies together. Mix it well. Add little water to cook all vegetables. After 2 minutes add 2nd coconut milk. Boil for 1 minute & then add thick coconut milk & mix it. Add curry leaves or coriander leaves & serve tasty veggies stew for Aapam & Idiyappam as a side dish. Wash them nicely thrice & take out the water. Heat butter in a pan & add little garlic. Sauté & add onion & carrots. Sauté them for 2 minutes. Then add Broccoli 🥦 & sauté for 1 minute. Then add 1 litre of water & cook the same with a lid in medium flame. It cooks v easily. Do not overcook. Drain the water from the broccoli & grind them in a blender to a paste after cooling. The drained water is to be added to the soup later. Keep butter in a pan & add crushed garlic. Pour the soup & add salt, chili flakes & Pepper. Let it boil for 1 min. Then keep the flame in low. Then add coconut milk & mix. Our Yummy Broccoli sop is ready to serve. Before serving add 4 pieces of broccoli on top. Add milk cream on top to add the flavour. This is optional. Need not add if you are vegan. Cut avocados vertically & take out the skin & cut. Keep it aside. Cut lettuce vertically & take out the edges. Cut in big pieces. Cut all capsicum, onion & baby tomatoes. Place all veggies in a bowl. ( quantity I have prepared is for 4 peoples) Prepare dressing by adding olive oil in a bowl. Add salt, balsamic vinegar, pepper, grated garlic & lemon. Mix all nicely. Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour/ Besan-2 cups உப்பு /Salt- 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water - 1 cup தயிர்/ Curd - 3/4 cup சர்க்கரை/ Sugar- 1 tbs (powdered)if need add 2 tbsps பச்சை மிளகாய் பேஸ்ட் / Green Chilli Paste - 1 tsp ( optional) இஞ்சி விழுது/ginger paste-1 tsp எண்ணை/ Oil-2 tbsps எலுமிச்சை சாறு/Lemon juice-2 tbsps சோடா/Baking Soda or ENO-1 tsp FOR TEMPERING: 3 tbsp Oil 3 tsp Mustard Seeds (small rai) பச்சை மிளகாய் / green chili-2 Handful (optional) Curry Leaves தண்ணீர் / Water- 1 cup பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida-1/4 tsp 2tbsp Sugar(Optional)/ சர்க்கரை Salt / உப்பு -to taste எலுமிச்சை சாறு/ Lemon Juice( optional) 2 tbsps கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Take gram flour & sieve nicely. Keep water in stove for steaming. The tray we will be using to steam to be greased all over with oil ( on all sides) Take water in a bowl. Add ginger paste, salt, oil, turmeric & curd. Whisk nicely to get clear water with curd. Then add sieved gram flour to that & mix it for 5 to 7 minutes to get a smooth batter in one direction only. Before keeping for steaming add eno salt & little water on top of it to activate it. Mix it nicely & pour the mixture in the greased plate & steam it for 30 minutes. Let it be in steamer for 5 more minutes before opening. Take out the same & cool. Release the edges of Dhokla with a knife to take it out. Invert the same with a help of a plate . Cut in desired shape & add coriander leaves on top. Now our khaman dhokla is ready. Heat oil in tadka pan . Add mustard, cumin, green chili, water, sugar, curry leaves. Let it boil & become thick liquid. Add the same on top of dhokla all over. The water soaks dhokla & give a very good taste & soft. It is ready & can be served with nice green chutney. Add rice noodles to that & cover with lid for 4 minutes. Drain the water after 4 minutes & keep the noodles in a plate & cool the same. Divide into half for coconut & lemon Sevai Ingredients For coconut Sevai: தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut Oil - 3 tsps நெய் / Ghee - 1 tbsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp உளுந்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal / slit black gram- 1 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp முந்திரி / Cashews- 6 to 7 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little துருவிய தேங்காய் /Grated fresh coconut - 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp Method for coconut sevai: Heat Kadhai & add oil & ghee. Add mustard, Ulad dal, Asafetida, cashews, green chili , salt & grated coconut. Sauté in medium flame till it gets lightly dry. Cool the same. Add rice noodles to coconut mix & mix thoroughly. Our coconut Sevai ( noodles) is ready. Ingredients for lemon sevai: எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tsp வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts - 1 tbsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice- 1 lemon 🍋 உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp Method For lemon Sevai: Heat Kadhai & add oil. Add mustard, Bengal gram, peanuts & roast. Then add green chili, curry leaves & Asafetida. Add turmeric powder & switch off the flame. Cool the same nicely. Then add half portion of rice noodles & mix well. Lemon Sevai ( noodles) is ready . Both lemon & coconut Sevai is ready to serve. Poosanikai Rasavangi/White pumpkin kootu Recipe/How to make side dish white pumpkin curry

Ingredients: பூசணிக்காய் / White pumpkin- 300 gms கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tbsp புளி / Tamarind - small gooseberry size( ஒரு நெல்லிக்காய் அளவு ) எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps கடுகு / mustard- 1 tsp உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Ulad dal- 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram - 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லி விரை / Coriander seeds - 2 tsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 4 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1/4 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp தேங்காய் / Coconut pieces- ( sliced) 6 to 7 வேக வைத்த துவரம் பருப்பு / cooked toor dal - 1/2 cup Method: Peel skin of white pumpkin & cut in squares . Soak bengal gram in water. Add water in pumpkin & bengal gram. Add salt. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. Heat oil in kadhai. Fry bengal gram, coriander seeds, red chili & asafetida. Fry little & then add coconut & fry. Cool the same & make a fine paste. After cooking the pumpkin add the paste & cooked toor dal & mix all. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. With mustard & ulad dal make tadka & add on top. Add curry leaves & serve with hot rice & ghee. As white pumpkin has got more water content it is very healthy & helps in reducing weight. Dal Makhani Recipe in Tamil/ Restaurant style Dal Makhani/How to make Dal Makhani at home

Ingredients: கருப்பு உளுந்து / Whole black gram-1/2 cup ராஜ்மா பருப்பு / Rajma dal- 1 tbsp வெண்ணை / Butter- 6 tsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் பொடி / Kashmiri chilli powder- 1.5 tsps தக்காளி / Tomato- 3 ( make purée) கசூரி மேதி / Kasoori Methi- 1/4 tsp பால் க்ரீம் / Milk cream - 1 tbsp எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp இஞ்சி பூண்டு பேஸ்ட் / Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 + 1/2 tsp Method: Wash both dal nicely thrice & soak it in water overnight. Dal should be soaked nicely in water . Keep 2 cups of water & cook dal in pressure cooker for 7 to 8 whistles. Cool the same & drain the black colored water in a strainer. Add oil in Kadhai & butter. Add Jeera. Then add garlic ginger paste & fry nicely. Add Kashmiri chili powder & salt. Then add tomato purée to that & cook nicely for 3 minutes with a lid. Cook till oil separates from tomato. Then add cooked dal to that & mix. Again cook it for 10 minutes with lid. Add butter in between & stir. After 10 minutes add kasoori Methi to that. Then add milk cream & lower the flame & mix it. Add coriander leaves on top. Our yummy Dal Makhani is ready to serve with Paratha, puri, Roti & rice. Add more cream on top & decorate. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
