Oats Dosai/Oats Dosa Recipe/ How to make instant Oats Dosa/Healthy Oats Dosa for breakfast


 

#OatsDosa#InstantOatsDosaRecipe#ஓட்ஸ்தோசைசெய்முறை#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: ஓட்ஸ் / Rolled Oats- 2 cups உப்பு / Salt- to taste உளுத்தம் பொடி / Ulad dal powder - 1 tbsp ( if readymade powder is not available, we can make it by dry fry in Kadhai till it becomes brown & made powder) எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1 tbsp Method: Wash fenugreek & soak it for 4 hrs Wash oats & drain the water. Soak it in water for 15 minutes. Then grind it in mixer with salt & Soaked fenugreek. Make a fine batter. Rest the batter for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat Tawa & grease the same. Sprinkle little water on Tawa & clean it with a cloth. Then spread the batter in a round shape & oil it. Make dosa in medium flame. Flip to the other side. Roast it nicely. Serve hot Oats Dosa with chutney, Sambar or Idli chutney powder . Yummy oats Dosa is ready for breakfast. இவ்வளவு சீக்கிரமா இந்த Sweet செய்ய முடியுமா?Tasty Bread Halwa Recipe/How to make Yummy Bread Halwa

 



Ingredients: பொடித்த ப்ரட் /Powdered bread - 1 cup சர்க்கரை / Sugar- 1/3 cup ( can add more as per taste) நெய் / Ghee - 3 tbsps ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardomom powder- 4 to 5 ( crushed) குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron- 5 strands ஆரஞ்சு கலர் / கேசரிப் பொடி / Orange food color- 1 pinch பால் பொளடர் / Milk powder- 1/4 cup பால் / Milk - 1 cup முந்திரி / Cashews- 5 ( sliced nicely) Method: Take 2 to 3 bread slices & make powder in a mixer jar. Fry them till golden with ghee in a pan. Add milk to that & cook till soft. Milk is to be added in intervals by 1/4 cup at a time. Then add milk powder & stir in medium flame. Then add sugar. After adding sugar it becomes watery. Stir them nicely in medium flame for 3 minutes. Add orange food color, cardamom powder & mix nicely. Lastly, add cashews & ghee. Stir till the Halwa separates from the sides. Transfer the Halwa to a bowl & add cashews on top. Add some strands of saffron on top & serve hot. This will be very tasty & quick to make. ஈசியா எவரும் செய்யக்கூடிய ஜவ்வரிசி வடாம்/Market style Sabudana Papad/ 2 ingredients Tapioca Papad

Ingredients: ஜவ்வரிசி / Sabudana/ Tapioca- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/4 tsp Method: Take Sabudana & wash with water twice. Take out the water. Then add 1/2 cup of water to that, water to be just the level of Sabudana . Soak it overnight. Next morning Sabudana is well soaked & it can be mashed nicely. Mix little salt to that. Keep half of the Sabudana in a different bowl . Mix any food color of ur choice & mix in one bowl. Keep water in a Kadhai with a stand & plate to cook Sabudana. Take 3 plates & grease the same with oil. Fill Sabudana in the plate in one layer to a round shape. If we put more in the plate the Papad will be very thick. To be more crispy only one layer of Sabudana to be kept. Keep all plates in the Kadhai & steam it for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. After 4 minutes remove the plates & cool the same. After cooling , with a help of a knife take out the Papad & keep in a plate. Make Papad by mixing the white & colored one . It should be dried in sun for 2 days. Heat oil in a Kadhai & fry all. Our yummy Sabudana Papad is ready in a very easy method. This method is v easy as we are not cooking it. Do try this & give your feedback on this recipe. மொறு மொறு கம்பு தோசை/Healthy Bajra Dosa Recipe/weight loss Millet recipe/Bajra dosa for breakfast

Ingredients: கம்பு மாவு / Bajra flour- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 ( finely chopped) சீரகம் / Cumin/ Jeera - 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 ( grated carrots ) - optional தண்ணீர் / Water - 3 cups Method: Take Bajra flour in a bowl. Add cumin, salt, green chili, ginger & curry leaves Add water little by little so that lumps are not formed. Whisk the flour nicely by adding water in intervals. Rest the batter for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat Tawa & grease the same with oil. Sprinkle some water on the Tawa & wipe it with tissue paper. Then add the batter all over & oil on the edges. Keep the heat in medium to high flame to roast the same all over. It takes 2 to 3 minutes for each dosa to roast. Make all dosas in the same manner & serve with coconut chutney or onion chutney. This is very healthy & should include In our diet once in a week instead of normal Dosa. Try this recipe & give your feedback.
