How to preserve & store fresh green Peas for whole year/Homemade frozen peas/हरी मटर कैसे स्टोर करें

Method: Choose well grown peas for storing. Peel the skin of all the peas. 1. Just store in airtight container in freezer so that ice should not form on top of it. 2. Keep water for boiling & add 1 tsp of sugar to that to maintain the color of peas. After water boils add the peeled peas & keep it for 2 minutes . The switch off the stove & drain the water in a sieve. Keep one bowl of water with ice cubes & keep peas in ice water for 2 minutes to cook the same. Once we put the peas in ice water the cooking stops. Then drain the ice water again & place , spread in a cloth to take out the excess water. Then fill up the peas in zip lock bags & keep it in freezer for use. Before filling up peas it should be completely cooled. Can store in small bags also for frequent usage. #மாங்காய்இஞ்சிஊறுகாய்#MangoGingerPickle#Pickle#MangoGinger Ingredients: மாங்காய் இஞ்சி / Mango ginger- 150 gms உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon ( if need can squeeze more) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 1 கடுகு / Mustard - 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method: Wash & cut mango ginger in small pieces. Add salt & lemon juice & mix. Heat oil in Tadka pan. Add mustard, green chili & curry leaves. Pour Tadka on top & mix nicely. #Rice#Citron#CitronRice#LunchboxRecipe Ingredients: நார்த்தங்காய் / Citron fruit - 1 நல்லெண்ணை / Sesame oil- 3 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 1 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1/4 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method Wash & Cut the citron into half. Cook rice & cool. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard, Bengal gram, green chili, curry leaves & asafoetida. Fry them & cool the same. After cooling add the cooked rice & squeeze the citron juice & mix well. Tasty citron rice is ready with potato fry. This can be made for lunch box & dinner also. Do try this & give your feedback. சத்துள்ள பீர்க்கங்காய் துவையல்/Ridge gourd Chutney Recipe/How to make tasty Ridge gourd Chatni

Ingredients: பீர்க்கங்காய் / Ridge gourd- 2 ( 250gms) உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 2 tsps துவரம் பருப்பு / Tuvar dal - 2 tsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili 4 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp எண்ணை/ oil -2 tsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method: Heat oil in a kadhai. Add ulfa dal, tuvar dal, asafetida & red chili. Fry till golden color & cool. Cut ridge gourd in pieces & sauté in the same kadhai till it becomes a little soft & sprinkle 2 tbsps of water. Then cool the same. Make chutney out of all ingredients in the mixer jar. Our Ridge gourd chutney is ready to eat with hot rice & ghee.
