Method Mother turmeric is the one which we sow in the ground . When we take out the turmeric next year that becomes mother turmeric & many roots come in that & we get turmeric from that ( from roots) We get readily in market . In this video I have shown how we get mother turmeric in market. Once the turmeric crop is taken out we take out the mother turmeric separately. The small roots left out is cut on all sides & cooked . After cooling it is dried in sun. To remove the small small outer skin , that is rubbed in rough surface ( like rough towel or jute sacks to remove the extra skin in outer surface. Then it is dried. After drying apply usual turmeric powder & little water on top to get a colorful attractive mother turmeric. #TomatoCarrotSoup#TomatoCarrotSoupRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: தக்காளி / Tomato 🍅- 5 ( thick riped tomato) சிவப்பு காரட் / Red carrots- 2 (Orange carrot also can be used) உப்பு / Salt - to taste மிளகு தூள் / Pepper powder- 1 tsp பால் ஏடு / Milk cream- 2 tsp Method: Wash & give cut in the middle of tomatoes. Peel & slice carrots Pressure cook tomatoes & carrots for 2 whistles. After cooling peel out the skin in tomatoes & cool After cooling make a nice paste of carrots & then tomatoes. The same water where we cooked tomatoes & carrots can be added to the paste. Then the paste is strained in a strainer to remove little skin etc. Take the pulp in a vessel & add pepper powder & salt. Let it boil for 2 min in medium flame. Our yummy soup is ready to serve. Pour little milk cream on top before serving. This can be served with corn chips or any salad or potato chips or bread toast. This is very healthy for breakfast or for dinner. How to make Carrot Hummus at home/Carrot Hummus Recipe/Spread-Dip Carrot Hummus/Tasty Carrot Hummus


 

#CarrotHummusRecipe#SpreadCarrotHummus#RanjisFlavours#DipSoreadHummus Ingredients: வெள்ளை கொண்டைக்கடலை / Chick pea- 1 cup சிவப்பு காரட் / Red carrot- 1 ( orange carrot also can be used) வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 எள் / Sesame- 50 Gms ஆலிவ் எண்ணை / Olive oil - 5 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - as per taste எலுமிச்சை சாறு்/lemon juice- 1 lemon Method: Wash & soak chickpea overnight. The next day cook it in a pressure cooker for 6 to 7 whistles after adding a little salt to that. Cut carrots & onions Roast sesame in Kadhai & fry it dry till it pops. Cool the same & grind in a blender. Then add olive oil & salt to make a fine paste. ( Tahini paste) Keep little oil in a Kadhai. Add onion & carrots & fry. Then add the cooked water of chickpeas & cook the same with a lid for 4 minutes. Check it after 4 minutes whether it is cooked nicely. Cool the same & grind in a mixer jar finely. Add cooked chickpeas, pepper, garlic paste( can add garlic also) Salt, sesame paste, olive oil & lemon juice. Grind all to a nice paste. Our yummy carrot Hummus is ready. Take the same in a bowl & add olive oil on top & basil leaf. This spread can be used with Roti, bread, etc & used in lunch box recipes as a spread. Can be used as Dip with corn chips as a snack in the evening. Try this excellent protein-rich recipe. How to make Kasoori Methi at home in 2 ways/How to make Kasoori Methi in microwave

Method: வெந்தயக்கீரை / Fenugreek leaves- 1/2 kg ( any amount of leaves we can take as per requirement) 1st method: Take out the leaves from stem . Wash & drain water from that. Then keep all the leaves in a clean cloth to dry. It will take 2 days to dry completely in shade. After 2 days our Kasoori Methi will be ready to use. 2nd method in microwave: Take the dried leaves in a microwave plate and place it . Keep it for 3 minutes in high temperature. Take out and stir it with wooden stick. Again keep it for 3 minutes & heat it. After 3 min again do the same procedure like before . 3rd time dry in microwave for only 2 minutes. Take it out after 2 minutes. Now the leaves are completely dry & green in color. Our Kasoori Methi is ready now. Both the process are very easy to make. Store it in airtight container for use.
