Ingredients: பாசுமதி அரிசி / Basmati Rice- 2 cups பெரிய வெங்காயம் / Big onion-1 பீன்ஸ் / Beans - 100 gms காரட் / Carrot 🥕- 100 gms பட்டாணி / Peas - 100gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 100gms பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chilli-3 பூண்டு / Garlic - 7 இஞ்சி / Ginger - Small piece உப்பு / Salt - To taste மஞ்சள் பொடி / Turmeric powder - 1 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chilli powder - 1 tsp கரம் மசாலா / Black garam masala powder- 1 tsp சீரகப்பொடி / Jeera( cumin) powder - 1 tsp கிராம்பு / Cloves - 3 பிரிஞ்சி இலை / Brinji leaves- 2 பட்டை/ Cinnamon- 1 எண்ணை / oil - 5 to 6 tabsp தயிர் / Curd - 3 tabsp Method: Wash rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Make paste of garlic, ginger, clove ,1/2 of onion and green chilli in a blender. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon,Bay leaf & sauté. Add the paste to the pan & saute till the ginger garlic paste mixes nicely . Add remaining onion to that and fry till all gets brown in color. Add all the vegetables one by one and mix nicely. Keep in a medium flame and add salt & cook .Add cumin powder, chilli powder,turmeric , curd & garam masala to that. Heat 4 cups of water in a separate vessel and add in the pan. When water boils add the rice to that and mix nicely after adding the required ant of salt. Cover with a lid and cook the twice for 6 to 7 minutes in a medium flame. After that keep in a low flame till rice cooks to a nice consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves on top of Pulav. Our spicy vegetable pulao is ready to serve hot with potato chips , Raita and dal. Peach cobbler Receipe / 🍑Delicious peach Dessert/ Easy & fast Peach Dessert Receipe
Ingredients: பீச் பழம் / Peach 🍑- 5 ( if u don’t get peaches we can use sapotta ( chikoo) , apple or mango ) சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/4 tsp For batter : மைதா / Maida - 1 cup சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup வெண்ணை / Unsalted butter- 6 tablespoons Baking powder - 2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/4 tsp பால் / Milk - 3/4 cup பட்டை பொடி / Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash and cut peaches. Add sugar , salt & peaches in a pan and heat. Stir till all sugar melts and combine with peaches and cool them. Melt butter in microwave for 1 minute . Mix maida, baking powder, sugar& salt nicely . Add milk to that and it becomes a nice batter. Add this batter in the butter tray and mix. Place all peaches on top and mix nicely. Preheat oven to 375* F / 170* C. Place the tray in oven for 35 to 40 minutes for baking. After35 min switch off the oven and keep it for 5 more minutes. Take out the tray and cool. Our crisp Peach cobbler is ready to serve. Peas Paneer/ Matar Paneer/ பட்டாணி பன்னீர்/ How to make Matar Paneer/Restaurant style Matar Paneer
Ingredients:
பட்டாணி/ Peas- 350 gms
பன்னீர் / Paneer- 250 gms
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 4
தக்காளி / Tomato- 2
எண்ணை / Oil - To Fry
பிரிஞ்சி இலை/ Brinji leaves/ Tej patha-1
சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp
மிளகாய் பொடி/ Chilli powder- 1 tsp
சீரகப்பொடி / cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
மஞ்சள் பொடி / Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
உப்பு / Salt - To taste
கரம் மசாலா/Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
இஞ்சி பேஸ்ட் /Ginger paste -1 tsp
பூண்டு பேஸ்ட் / Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Method:
As I have taken frozen peas, cooked peas in microwave oven for 3 minutes.
Heat 3 table spoons of oil in a pan. Add Brinji leaves, Jeera, ginger paste,garlic paste and then sauté for 3 to 4 minutes till onion becomes light brown in color. Add tomatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Cool this and make a fine paste in mixer jar and keep aside.
Cut Paneer in small cubes and fry in little oil till it becomes light brown in color and keep aside.( If u take fresh Paneer, it need not be fried, as it is can be added in )
Now again heat some oil in the pan and fry the onion paste till the oil comes out on sides. Add cooked peas and paneer to that and cook for some more time after adding one glass of water to that.
Our Peas Paneer is ready to serve with hot phulka rotis and Nan.
