காலை உணவு இதை விட ஆரோக்கியமானதா இருக்குமா!Raagi moong Dosa (No fermentation)/Green gram Ragi Dosa

Ingredients: ராகி / Finger millet- 1 cup பச்சைப்பயறு / Green gram- 1 cup இஞ்சி / Ginger- 1/2 inch பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 2 உப்பு / Salt - to taste கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa வெங்காயம் / onion- 1 கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method Wash & soak Finger millet & green gram in water overnight. Grind finger millet to a paste in blender & so also green gram with ginger, green chili, salt & curry leaves. Mix both the batter & rest for 30 minutes. Heat Tawa . Make dosa in shape & add finely chopped onion & coriander leaves on top. Roast with oil . Flip to the other side & roast it. Make all Dosa in this way & serve with coconut or onion or coriander chutney. Ingredients: பாசுமதி அரிசி / Basmati Rice- 1 glass தக்காளி / Tomato- 4 big size எண்ணை / Oil - 4 tsp நெய் /Ghee - 2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin- 1/2 tsp சோம்பு / Saunf - 1/2 tsp கிராம்பு / Clove- 2 பட்டை / Cinnamon- 1/2 inch பிரிஞ்சி இலை / Bay leaf- 1 பூண்டு / Garlic- 4 இஞ்சி விழுது / Ginger paste- 1 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp ( can add more according to taste) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash rice thrice & soak it for 15 minutes. Heat oil & ghee in a small pressure cooker. Add Jeera & Saunf. Add bay leaf, clove, cinnamon & fry. Add garlic & onion & fry. Add ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder & mix. Add cut tomatoes to that & cook till all becomes soft. Add salt also. Then add soaked rice to that & mix. Add 1.5 cups of water & cook for 2 whistles on medium flame. After the cooker becomes cool, open the same & serve tomato rice in a serving bowl. Papad, chips or any Raita can be served with this tomato rice. This is a very good lunch box recipe that can be made in no time in a cooker. Try this recipe & give your comments. Poosanikai Morkootu/Easy Vegan White pumpkin Curry in curd&coconut gravy/Ven Pusani mor kootu recipe

 



#PoosanikaiMorKootu#WhitePumpkinInCoconutGravy#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: பூசணிக்காய் / White pumpkin- 1/2 kg தயிர் / Thick curd- 2 tbsps தேங்காய் / Coconut 🥥- 1/2 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-3 சீரகம் / Cumin/Jeera-1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste தண்ணீர் / Water- 1 cup அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 tbsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal- 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - 1 tsp Method: Peel the skin of the white pumpkin & cut in square pieces. Add water & salt. Cook in medium flame with a lid. Grind coconut, green chili & cumin in a blender to a fine paste. Check whether the pumpkin is well cooked. Switch off the flame. Add rice flour & curd to the coconut paste & mix well. Then add the same to the pumpkin & mix it. Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard & ulad dal . Roast it till it becomes golden color. Add on top of kootu with curry leaves. Lastly, add 2 tsps of coconut oil & Mix well and serve with dal & rice. Yummy white pumpkin mor kootu is ready. How to make Kadhai Paneer in Restaurant Style at Home/Kadhai Paneer Recipe/Side dish Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients: பன்னீர் / Paneer-250 gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 big size தக்காளி / Tomato -1+1 ( big size) சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 4 tsps இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 + 1/2 inch பூண்டு / Garlic - 8 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-2 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili-1 வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Roasted jeera powder- 1 tsp தனியாத்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் பொடி /Kashmiri chili powder- 1 tsp கசூரி வெந்தயப் பொடி / Kasuri methi powder- 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander fresh - little பால் ஏடு / Milk cream - 2 tbsps வெண்ணை / Butter - 2 tbsps Method: Wash & cut paneer in cubes. Keep the same in warm water to make it soft. Cut onions & capsicum in square shapes. Heat butter & oil in kadhai. Fry paneer in that till it is little soft. ( over frying makes paneer hard) Fry capsicum for 1 minute Grind tomatoes with 1/2 inch ginger & green chili to a purée. After frying capsicum add jeera & 1 red chili in the same oil. Then add onions. After frying onions add cut tomato to that & fry till soft. Then add tomato purée to that & fry nicely till the oil separates from pan. After 2 min add jeera, dhania, turmeric & Kashmiri chili powder, Kasturi methi. Mix nicely. After all masalas are fried then add 1/2 cup of water. Close with lid & cook the same. Lastly, add fried paneer & capsicum to that & cook till all masalas are incorporated with paneer. Add cream at last & coriander on top before serving. Yummy Restaurant style kadhai paneer is ready to serve with roti, paratha & rice.
