How to make Palak Paneer/Palak Paneer Recipe/Indian cottage cheese with spinach


 


#PalakPaneerRecipe#Spinach&IndianCottageCheeseSideDish#Spinach&PaneerSubji#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: பாலக் கீரை / Palak leaves- 1/2 kg பன்னீர் / Indian cottage cheese- 150 gms எண்ணை/ Oil - 3 to 4 tsps பால் ஏடு / Milk cream- 5 tsps சீரகம் / Cumin/ jeera - 1/2 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion -1 தக்காளி / Tomato- 1 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 3 முந்திரி பருப்பு / Cashews- 5 மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லி விரைப்பொடி/ Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp கரம் மசாலா பொடி / Garam masala - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method: Wash Palak nicely twice with water. Heat 4 to 5 cups of water in a pan. Add Palak & cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the Palak & keep in ice cold water for 5 minutes. This will stop the cooking process of Palak & to maintain the green colour. Heat 3 tsps of oil in a pan . Add jeera , onion , cashews, green chilli & tomato to that & sauté for 2 minutes. Then switch off the flame & cool the same. Drain the Palak from water & keep it in a blender. Make a nice paste with all masalas & Palak. In the same Kadhai add the paste & cook for 2 min with a lid in medium flame. Then add turmeric, jeera , coriander , chilli powder & salt . Mix all . Add paneer cubes to that & cook for another 2 minutes with a lid after adding 1 tbsp of water for correct consistency. Lastly add 2 tsps of cream & grate paneer on top. Our yummy creamy Palak paneer is ready to serve. This is a very good side dish for Roti, paratha, Puri & even with rice & pulav. Vendhaya Dosai / Methi Dosa/ Fenugreek Dosa/ How to make Super soft vendhaya Dosai @Ranjis flavours

Ingredients: @Ranjis flavours இட்லி அரிசி / Idly Rice- 1 cup வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - To make dosa Method: Wash rice thrice & soak in water for 5 hrs. Wash Methi & soak in water for overnight Grind Methi with water to a fine paste. ( can add more water if needed) Grind rice nicely in a mixer. ( can grind in wet grinder also) Mix Methi & rice batter nicely ,add salt & mix it Keep the same for fermentation for 5 to 6 hrs. After that, Dosa batter is ready to make dosa. Heat Tava & make dosa . Add oil on sides. Cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes. Super soft Dosa is ready. As we are covering with a lid no need of flipping to the other side of dosa. It will be nicely cooked. Serve hot Dosa with chutney & Sambhar. Here I have made chutney with coconut, green chili, salt, coriander leaves & peanuts. Tasty chutney is ready. How to make Raisins at home/ Easily make Kismis from green grapes by 2 methods @Ranjis flavours


 

Ingredients: திராட்சை/Green grapes- 300 GMs உப்பு / Salt- 2 tsps Method: Select good quality of grapes & take out from the bunch. Soak it in water with 2 tsps of salt for 1/2 an hour. ( this process removes any insecticides from grapes while growing) Drain the water after 1/2 an hour. Wash thoroughly with plain water & keep it in 2 separate bowls to prepare raisins in 2 methods. Method-1 Boil water in a vessel and add 1 bowl of grapes in that. Cook it high flame without much stirring. After 3 to 4 minutes all grapes cooks nicely & comes at the top of water. Then we can switch off the flame & drain the water. Keep a tray arranged with a cotton cloth to dry. Arrange all the grapes one by one without touching each other so that the drying process will be faster. Dry in hot sun for 2 days . Method-2 Steam the grapes in a cooker by keeping the same in perforated plate for 10 minutes. We can steam in Kadhai s as Lao with a covered lid for 10 min. After 10 minutes take out the same and dry in a cloth covered tray for 2 days. Both methods are very easy to prepare raisins. After 2 days of drying Raisins are ready to use.
