ஆரோக்கியமான கொத்துக்கடலை சாலட் செய்வது எப்படி/Low carbs Kabuli Chana Salad/Protein rich Chana Salad


 

#KabuliChanaSalad#chana#கொத்துக்கடலைசாலட்#saladrecipeforweightloss Ingredients: பெரிய வெள்ளைக்கொத்துக்கடலை/ Kabuli chana-1 cup பெரிய வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 வெள்ளரிக்காய் / Cucumber- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato-1 காரட் / Carrot- 1 வறுத்த வேர்க்கடலை / Roasted peanuts- 1/4 cup மாங்காய் / Raw mango- 3 tbsps( cut) உப்பு / Salt - to taste மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ்/ Lemon juice - 2 tsps பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-2 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash Chana & soak it for overnight. Cook the same for 6 to 7 whistles in pressure cooker with the same water. Cool the same & drain water. Keep it aside. Cut onion, cucumber, tomatoes, green chili & raw mango. Take Chana in a bowl. Add all (cut veggies)salt, pepper & mix thoroughly. ( green chili can be skipped if it is for children) Squeeze lemon & add coriander leaves on top. Serve salad anytime especially at lunch time. Ingredients: பாதாம் பௌடர் / Blanched Badam powder- 1/4 cup+2 tsps ( instead of Badam powder , can take whole Badam, soak & peel , then grind with milk) பால் / Full cream Milk - 3/4 litre பால் / Milk- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps( to grind Badam powder) குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron- 6 to 7 strands ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsps ( can add more as per taste) செதுக்கிய பாதாம் / Badam slices - 6 to 7 ரோஜா இதழ்கள் / Rose petals- 6 Method: Boil milk in heavy bottom Kadhai. Boil in low to medium flame. Stir frequently. Add milk to Badam powder & grind to a fine paste. After 7 minutes of boiling the milk, sugar & add Badam paste to the boiling milk & cook. Mix it well. Soak saffron in hot milk. Then after boiling for 7 to 8 minutes after it becomes thick, add Cardomom, soaked saffron & Badam sliced pieces to that. After adding Badam paste it will become thick . Fill in glasses after cooling. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hrs to become chill. After 2 hrs take out & add Badam slices, saffron & rose petals on top. Serve chilled Badam Kheer & enjoy! Ingredients: முருங்கைக்காய் / Drumsticks- 1/2 kg உப்பு / Salt - to taste வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 ( finely chopped) தக்காளி / Tomato -1 ( finely chopped) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 1 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili-1 எண்ணை / oil - 1 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin- 1/2 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1 pinch கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little மெல்லிய சேவ் / Thin sev- little தயிர் / Curd - 1 cup Method: Wash & cut Moringa & cook for 1 whistle in cooker after adding salt. Cool the same & take out the pulp with a knife. Heat oil & add mustard, Jeera , green chili, red chili salt & asafetida. Add onion & tomato to that & fry . ( need not be fried fully) Cool the same & mix with drumstick pulp . Add curd & mix well. Add coriander & sev on top. Yummy drumstick Raita is ready. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Ingredients: அவகாடோ / Avocado 🥑-1 வெங்காயம் / Onion - 3 tbsps (finely chopped) மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ் / Lemon juice - 1/2 ( lemon) ப்ரட் / Bread slices - 4 Method: Buy the ripened avocado from dep stores or online shopping. It should be well riped. Cut vertically into half & take out the seed. Peel the skin & take out the green part of the fruit & mash them nicely. Add onion, pepper, salt & lemon juice. Mix well. Avocado paste will be ready. Toast bread in a toaster. Apply butter. Apply avocado paste on top of the bread. Make sandwich or simply add tomato ketchup on top to have a real crunchy toast. Ingredients: உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- big size 1 ( 130 gms) ஜவ்வரிசி / Sabudana- 1/2 cup மிளகாய் செதில் / Red chili flakes- 1/2 tsp ( green chili paste can also be added) உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1/4 tsp கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash & peel potato & cut into thin slices. Make a paste by adding 3 tbsps of water in mixer jar. Strain the paste & take out the water. If still some pieces , again grind them in mixer & add to this. Take sabudana in mixer jar & grind them to a fine powder Separately. Take 4 cups of water in kadhai. Add salt, asafetida, coriander & chili flakes. Let it boil. Then add sabudana powder & cook. It takes nearly 10 minutes to cook in medium flame. Stir it continuously without any lumps. Check them whether they r cooked or not by keeping the mixture in a small plate. It should be watery . Then add potato mixture to that & cook it till becomes thick in consistency. Cool the same & make Vadam with a small spoon. Dry the same for 2 days. Can fry them after 2 days of drying.
