சுலபமான முறையில் கைமுறுக்கு செய்வது எப்படி/How to make Kai Murukku/Kai Suthu Murukku recipe in Tamil


 

#kaimurukku #kaisuthalmurukkuintamil#kaimurukkurecipe Ingredients: அரிசி / Rice- 1 glass உளுந்து / Ulad dal - 2 tbsps சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp கட்டி பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1 tsp( soaked in water) கல் உப்பு /Rock salt- 1 tsp( soaked in water) வெண்ணை / un salted Butter- 1.5 tsp தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - to fry Murukku Method: Wash rice nicely. Drain water & keep it for an hour. Then grind in mixer to a fine powder & sieve the same twice. For 1 glass of rice we get 2 glasses of flour. Dry fry Ulad dal in Kadhai without oil till it becomes golden colour. Cool & make powder of the same sieve it nicely. Take the rice flour in a bowl & add Ulad dal powder, butter & mix it well without any lumps. Add cumin, salt water, asafoetida water & mix well. Then add water slowly to mix all well little by little. Make a soft dough for Murukku. Spread one towel to make Murukku. Keep a bottle cover & make & twist the dough all around that by pressing the one end with left hand . This will be perfect only by practice. Then take out the cover. Without bottle cover also we can make Murukku by pressing one end with left hand. Make all Murukku like this. After some time the water content in Murukku is absorbed by the cloth & it becomes dry. Heat oil in medium flame. Take out the Murukku in a plate & slowly put in oil to fry. Fry the same till it becomes golden color. Make all in this way.
