சுலபமான முறையில் கைமுறுக்கு செய்வது எப்படி/How to make Kai Murukku/Kai Suthu Murukku recipe in Tamil


 

#kaimurukku #kaisuthalmurukkuintamil#kaimurukkurecipe Ingredients: அரிசி / Rice- 1 glass உளுந்து / Ulad dal - 2 tbsps சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp கட்டி பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1 tsp( soaked in water) கல் உப்பு /Rock salt- 1 tsp( soaked in water) வெண்ணை / un salted Butter- 1.5 tsp தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - to fry Murukku Method: Wash rice nicely. Drain water & keep it for an hour. Then grind in mixer to a fine powder & sieve the same twice. For 1 glass of rice we get 2 glasses of flour. Dry fry Ulad dal in Kadhai without oil till it becomes golden colour. Cool & make powder of the same sieve it nicely. Take the rice flour in a bowl & add Ulad dal powder, butter & mix it well without any lumps. Add cumin, salt water, asafoetida water & mix well. Then add water slowly to mix all well little by little. Make a soft dough for Murukku. Spread one towel to make Murukku. Keep a bottle cover & make & twist the dough all around that by pressing the one end with left hand . This will be perfect only by practice. Then take out the cover. Without bottle cover also we can make Murukku by pressing one end with left hand. Make all Murukku like this. After some time the water content in Murukku is absorbed by the cloth & it becomes dry. Heat oil in medium flame. Take out the Murukku in a plate & slowly put in oil to fry. Fry the same till it becomes golden color. Make all in this way. Ingredients: To make Puliyodharai ( tamarind rice powder) புளி / Tamarind - 150 gms நல்லெண்ணை / Sesame oil- 4 tsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tbsps கொத்தமல்லி விரை / Coriander- 6 tbsps வர மிளகாய் / Red chili- 15 வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 2 tsps மிளகு / Pepper- 2 tsps எள் / Sesame - 4 tbsps கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- 3 tbsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1 tsp Rice- 150 gms உப்பு / Salt - 2 tsps Ingredients for tadka: எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tsps வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts- 4 tsps கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- 1 tsp புளியோதரைப்பொடி / Puliyodharai powder- 2.5 tbsps தண்ணீர் / Water- 2 tbsps Method: Clean tamarind without any seeds & fiber. Take oil in Kadhai. Roast all ingredients separately in medium flame till it roasts nicely. Roast tamarind in very low flame till it becomes crisp. Roast red chilli in little oil till it becomes very crispy. Cool all the ingredients nicely. First grind all the ingredients without salt coarsely. Then add salt . Lastly add red chili & grind . Our tamarind rice powder is ready & can be stored in airtight container for more than 2 months. How to make tamarind rice: Boil rice & cool the same by adding little oil. Make tadka with peanuts, mustard, curry leaves, asafoetida & Bengal gram. Add tamarind rice premix powder & keep the flame in low. Add little water & mix well. Switch off the flame & cool the same. Then mix with rice nicely. Add curry leaves & fried papad on top & serve. Our yummy tamarind rice is ready for lunchbox & for travel. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! வீட்டிலேயே புசு புசுன்னு பட்டூரா செய்வது எப்படி/Easy Bhatura recipe in Tamil/Puffy Bhatura(no yeast)


 

#bhature #bhaturerecipe #bhaturarecipe #ranjisflavours Ingredients: மைதா / Maida - 3 cups தண்ணீர் / Water - 1 cup தயிர் / Curd - 5 tsps உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பேக்கிங் பொளடர் / Baking powder- 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps எண்ணை / oil - to fry Method: Take maida in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder & oil. Mix nicely with oil. Add fresh curd to that & mix. Then add water slowly at intervals & make a soft dough. Rest it for 1 hr. Heat oil well. Make small balls out of the batter . Roll it with a rolling pin in a round shape & make evenly on all sides by spreading little oil on top of it so that it spreads nicely. When the oil becomes hot slide the bhatura slowly in oil & fry. Fry the other side also to become golden colour & crispy. Our crispy yummy bhatura is ready to eat with chana (chole) keep some onion rings & a peace of lemon to squeeze on top of chole. Enjoy chole bhature !
