தேங்காய் பர்பி/Diwali Special Sweet Coconut Burfi Recipe/How to make coconut Burfi

Ingredients: துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1 cup சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup பால் / Milk - 2 tbsps துருவிய பாதாம் / Sliced badam- 6 நெய் / Ghee - 2 tsps Method: First Grease a tray with ghee to place the coconut Burfi mixture Peel the brown color in coconut 🥥 & then grate. Add milk to that & grind in mixer so as to get a soft coconut Burfi. Instead of milk we can add milk powder also while making Burfi. Sauté the coconut in a pan to make it dry for 2 minutes soak to take out the moisture in that. Then add sugar to that & mix nicely for 2 to 3 minutes in low to medium flame. The mixture gets loose after adding sugar. Add cardamom powder & ghee. Do mix till we get a thick mixture & leaves the sides of the pan. Then place the mixture in tray & level the same with a spatula. Add badam slices on top & press a little. Cool the same. Cut in required slices to make Burfi when it is warm.
