ரவா கடலை மாவு லட்டு இப்படி செய்து பாருங்க/Rava Besan Laddoo Recipe /How to make Rava Besan Laddoo

Ingredients: ரவை / Rava - 1.5 cups கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 cups சர்க்கரை / Powdered Sugar - 2 cups ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1 tsp நெய் / Ghee - 3/4 cuி Method: Roast Rava with ghee in a Kadhai till the color changes & nice aromatic. Dry roast Bengal gram flour for 5 minutes & then add ghee to that. Roast the same in low to medium flame for 15 minutes. Once the ghee oozes out of flour add Rava to that & mix nicely. Again add ghee to that & mix. When it is hot close with lid & switch off the flame. Keep ur for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add powdered sugar & mix nicely. After adding sugar it becomes little soft. Then we can make Laddoos with pistachios. Yummy & tasty Besan Rava Laddoos are ready. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Pl like & subscribe to my channel Ingredients: கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour / Besan - 2 cups அரசி மாவு / Rice flour - 2 tsps உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Red chili powder - 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / asafetida- 1 tsp ( soaked in water) வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts - 2 tbsps முந்திரி / Cashews - 12 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little Method: Sieve Bengal gram flour. Add rice flour, salt, asafetida & chili powder. Mix everything nicely. Then add water little by little & make a batter & mix nicely. There should not be any lumps in the batter. Heat oil in a kadhai. Take boondi maker. Pour the batter on that on top of oil. When it is golden brown & crispy take out from oil. While preparing the next batch ( every time)wipe off the bottom side of the boondi plate nicely. This will help the boondi to come out in a round shape. Fry peanuts, cashews & curry leaves. Add a little chili powder on top of boondi & mix all the ingredients together nicely. Our crispy Kara boondi is ready to serve Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Ingredients: ரவை / Rava/ Sooji /Semolina- 1.5 cups சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2.25 cups ( 1 : 1.5 ) ratio தண்ணீர் / Water - 4.5 cups ( 1 : 3 ) ratio ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1/2 tsp கேசரிக்கலர் / Orange food color- 1/4 tsp நெய் / Ghee - 5 to 6 tsps முந்திரி / Cashews - 10 உலர்ந்த திராட்சை / Raisins - 10 Method: Add 3 tsps of ghee in a kadhai. Add-cashews & grapes & roast it becomes golden. Take out & Keep it Separately in a plate. In the same kadhai with ghee add Rava. Roast it till it becomes cream in color so that all rava roasted in ghee v well. Boil water in a separate pan. Add the boiling water to rava & mix it. Let it cook nicely. Then add sugar to that & mix . After 3 minutes add orange food color & cardamom powder & mix nicely . After that add ghee & mix. Add cashews & dry grapes & mix. In between add ghee. When the Kesari leaves the sides of kadhai switch off the flame. Keep it in a serving bowl. Enjoy hot Rava Kesari with fried bajiyas. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! கடலைப்பருப்பு சுண்டல்/Chana Dal for Navratri Bhog/ How to make Bengal gram Neivedhyam for Navratri

Ingredients: கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste ( 3/4 tsp) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 4 எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 1 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tsp ( grated) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 4 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard - 1 tsp Method: Wash & soak bengal gram . Soak in water for 2.5 hrs. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan. Add the soaked dal in that & add little turmeric powder to that. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame. Dal should not be cooked till it gets mashed. Just it should be cooked. Drain the dal from water. Heat oil in a kadhai. Once it pops add green chili, red chili & ginger to that. Sauté for 1 minute. Then add dal to that . Add little salt & coconut . Mix well. Chana dal Sunday is ready for bhog now for Devi. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! Paruppu Payasam Recipe for Navrathri/Dal Kheer for Navarathri Bhog/How to make tasty Paruppu Payasam

Ingredients: கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1/4 cup பாசிப்பருப்பு / Split green dal - 1/4 cup வெல்லம் / Jaggery- 1 cup ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 3 to 4 முந்திரி / Cashews - 10 திராட்சை / Raisins - 10 நெய் / ghee - 3 tsps பால் / Milk - 3/4 glass துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 2 tbsps தேங்காய் சிறு துண்டுகள் / Cut coconut pieces- 15 Method: Dry roast Bengal gram for 2 to 3 minutes & soak in water for 45 minutes. Dry roast mung dal & pour water to cook nicely. Cook Bengal gram after 45 minutes in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. ( we can cook in an open vessel also) Grind Bengal gram, cardamom & coconut in a mixer jar & grind. Roast cashews, raisins & coconut pieces in ghee till they r golden in colour. After cooking the moong dal add this paste & cook the same for 4 minutes. After that add jaggery & mix nicely till they melt nicely. Mix well Then add milk & roasted cashews & raisins & coconut pieces. Our yummy paruppu payasam is ready for Navratri Bhog to Devi Maa. Enjoy Ranji’s flavours!
