இப்படி மொறு மொறு மசாலா தோசை வீட்டிலேயே செய்யலாமே/How to make Crispy Masala Dosa/Masala dosa recipe


 

#dosa #masaladosa #masala#ranjisflavours Ingredients: இட்லி அரிசி / Idly rice- 4 cups உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 3/4 cup வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 2 tsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tbsps எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa & to make potato curry உப்பு / Salt - to taste ( 3 tbsps for batter) To make potato curry: உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato - 4 ( mashed) வெங்காயம் / onion - 1 ( big size) கடுகு / Mustard - 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 4 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 1 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash & soak rice & fenugreek for 5 hrs. Soak Ulad dal & Bengal gram for 2 hrs. Grind rice & dal separately. Mix together nicely with salt. Ferment the batter for 7 hours. Boil potato & mash. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard, Bengal gram, asafoetida, green chili & red chili. Add onion & sauté till soft. Add mashed potato & mix. Add handful of water & sprinkle. Close with lid & cook nicely. After 3 minutes add coriander leaves on top. Potato masala is ready now. Heat tawa. Grease with oil. Then sprinkle water. Clean with tissue paper. Spread the batter nicely in thin way. Pour oil all around. Make it crispy. Then keep the masala in middle. Fold it & serve with coconut chutney & sambhar. Tasty, crispy, colorful masala dosa is ready. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
