#PaneerSandwich#LunchboxRecipePaneerSanwitch#RanjisFlavours#IndianCottageCheeseSandwitch Ingredients: ப்ரட் / Bread - 4 slices பன்னீர் /Paneer- 100 gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1/2 வெண்ணை / Butter- Ti roast & spread வெங்காயம் / onion- 1/2 உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method: Crush paneer & keep. Cut onion & capsicum finely. Mix onion, paneer & capsicum with salt. Heat the sandwich maker & grease it with butter. Apply green chutney in one slice & other with butter. Keep paneer mixture in between & make a sandwich. Keep sandwich in toaster & keep it till green light. Once it gets roasted take out & serve . This is very good for a lunch box. வீட்ல ₹25 க்கு பாஸ்தா&பிட்ஸா சாஸ் செஞ்சு அசத்துங்க/Homemade Pasta Sauce/Pizza & Pasta Sauce Recipe


 

#PastaPizzaSauceRecipe#HomemadePastaPizzaSauce#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: தக்காளி / Tomato - 8 ( 600 gms) உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp இத்தாலியன் ஹர்ப் / Italian herbs - 1 tbsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1 tsp பூண்டு பல் / Garlic pods -20 ஆலிவ் எண்ணை / Olive oil - 3 tbsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் துண்டுகள் / Red chili flakes- 1 tbsp Method: Wash tomatoes & wipe it nicely. Cut in small pieces & make a paste. Grind garlic pods nicely & fry them separately till the raw smell goes. Take olive oil in Kadhai. Add pepper powder, and red chili flakes. Then mix tomato paste & fried garlic to that. Keep the flame to medium & cook. Add salt, and Italian herbs & mix. Boil for up to 25 minutes to get a nice consistency. Lastly, add fresh basil or dried basil to that. Our yummy Pasta / Pizza sauce is ready. Store it in a clean air-tight container for 8 days in the refrigerator & use it. வெண்டைக்காய் பச்சடி இது மாதிரி செய்யுங்க/Crispy Vendaikai Pachadi/Bhindi Raita/Crispy Okra in curd



#VendaikaiPachadi#BhindiRaita#FriedOjraInCurd#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: வெண்டைக்காய் / Bhindi / Okra - 150 gms கட்டி தயிர் / Thick curd - 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1/4 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 ( slit ) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp எண்ணை / oil - 1 tsp for Tadka & little oil to fry Bhindi கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1.5 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 tsps Method: Wash & cut Bhindi into small pieces. Add salt, Jeera powder, Bengal gram flour & water. Keep the same for 10 minutes to rest. Heat oil in Kadhai & fry all Bhindi in 2 batches. Fry till we get a golden color in high flame. ( flame should not be low as it will make the Bhindi soft) Whisk curd nicely & add to Bhindi after it becomes cool. Add salt, & mix well. Add Jeera & chili powder on top before serving. Yummy crispy Bhindi Raita is ready to serve. This can be taken with Sambhar rice or any Chitranna variety. Even with roti, it will be very tasty. Enjoy Ranjis flavours! #CrispyUniquePakoda#SnackPakoda#ranjisflavours Ingredients: கோதுமை மாவு / Wheat flour- 1/4cup சிறிய ரவை / Nice Rava - 1/4cup கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1/4cup அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour-1/4 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 3 to 4 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves - little சோம்பு இலை / Dil leaves- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1 tsp ஓம்ம் / carom seeds- 1/2 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 big தயிர் / Curd - 1/4 cup எண்ணை / Oil- to fry இஞ்சி் / Grated ginger - 1/2 Inch Method: Take Rava & soak it with curd separately for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix wheat flour & Bengal gram flour, rice flour & then Rava after 15 minutes. Add onion, green chili, carrom seeds, turmeric, chili powder, salt, dil leaves & coriander. Slowly add water to the flour & make a semi-solid batter. Heat oil in Kadhai. Drop the batter in oil slowly like pakoda & fry till golden color. Our yummy crispy pakoras are ready to serve. Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 2.5 cups உப்பு / Salt - to taste பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 5 to 6 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch grated பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp ( soaked in water) கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves - little சோம்பு இலை / Saunf leaves/ Dil leaves - 1 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 cups (Can take 2.25 cups if necessary) எண்ணை / Oil - to roast சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1/2 cup Method: Take rice flour in a bowl. Add salt, Asafetida water, green chili, ginger, dil leaves, coriander & grated coconut. Mix all ingredients nicely. Then add water & make dough. Place one banana leaf & grease the same with oil. Take a ball of dough & keep it on a leaf. Press the same with your palm & shape it like Roti. Heat Tava. Place the banana leaf on the Tava on the reverse side & press it on top. After 2 seconds remove the leaf slowly from that. Then add oil & roast it, and cover it with a lid. Roast on both sides. Our yummy, tasty rice flour is ready to serve with pickle or chutney etc. Try this recipe definitely & you will like it. This is suitable for kids' lunch boxes also. Enjoy Ranji's flavours!
