நீர்நெல்லிக்காய்/Probiotic Amla/How to store&preserve Amla/Immunity booster Salty Gooseberry recipe

Ingredients: நெல்லிக்காய் / gooseberry- 250 gms உப்பு / Salt - 2 tbsps பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 4 தண்ணீர் / Water - 1.5 glasses Method: Clean & Wipe the gooseberries with a cloth so that it is completely dry. Boil water nicely. Then add salt, green chili. Lastly add gooseberries & let it boil for 1 minute . Then switch off the stove & keep it covered for 8 hrs & cool the same nicely. Take a fry glass bottle & fill the bottle with cooled gooseberries with water. After a week it will be v nice & tasty with green chili & salt. This is very good for gut health. Can take Daily morning with one fruit to improve health which is full of vitamin C . Try this definitely.
