Rava Dosai/Rava Dosa Recipe/How to make perfect Rava Dosa at Home/Semolina Dosa/Sooji Dosa


 

#RavaDosai#SujiDosa#SemolinaDosaRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: With this measurement, 2 people can eat for breakfast or for dinner ரவா / Semolina/ Suji- 1/2 cup à®…à®°ிசி à®®ாவு / Rice flour- 1/2 cup à®®ைதா à®®ாவு / Maida- 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt- to taste பச்சை à®®ிளகாய் / Green chili- 1 to 2 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little இஞ்சி / Ginger- a small piece à®®ிளகு+ சீரகம் / Pepper + cumin/ Jeera- 1/2 + 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little à®®ுந்திà®°ிப்பருப்பு / Cashews- 4 to 5 ( cut) தண்ணீà®°் / Water- 2 cups Method: Take nice or big Rava & add rice flour. Add Maida, salt to that. Mix it nicely. Then add 1 cup of water & mix. Let it rest for 1 hr. Take That batter In the mixer grinder & grind nicely. Then add pepper, cumin, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chili & cashews. Give it a nice mix after adding 1 more cup of water. Let it rest for 1/2 an hour more. Heat Tava. Before spreading the dosa mix on Tava, sprinkle some water & wipe it with tissue paper. Mix the batter nicely every time before spreading on Tava. Then pour the batter on Tava & spread it all over. Pour oil all the sides & let it get roasted in medium to high flame. (Can add ghee also to get a nice ghee roast Rava dosa ) When roasted fold & take out from Tava. Make all Rava dosas in the same way. Preparation of chutney: Take 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 4 cashews, green chili, ginger & salt in a mixer grinder & make a yummy chutney as a side dish for Rava dosa. Serve hot with yummy chutney & Sambar. #AmritsariCholeRecipe#HowToMakeChole# Ingredients: வெள்ளைக்கொத்துக்கடலை/ White Kabuli Chana-1 cup ( washed & soaked overnight ) தக்காளி / Tomato -2 ( make puree) வெà®™்காயம் / Onion- 2 ( finely chopped) சீரகம் / Jeera/ cumin-1 tsp பிà®°ிஞ்சி இலை/ Brinji leaves/ Tej patha-1 மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp+1/2tsp உப்பு / Salt- As per taste காà®·்à®®ீà®°ி à®®ிளகாய் தூள்/ Kashmiri chili powder-1 tsp சீரகம்பொடி / Jeera powder-1 tsp கொத்தமல்லிவரைப் பொடி/ Coriander powder-1 tsp சாட் பொடி/Chaat powder-1/2 tsp கரம் மசாலா / Garam masala-1 tsp கசூà®°ி à®®ேதி பொடி/ Kasuri Methi powder- 1 tsp காய வைத்த à®®ாதுளைப்பொடி/ Dried pomegranate powder- 1 tsp à®®ிளகாய் பொடி/ Chili powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp தண்ணீà®°் / Water- 1.5 cups டீ தூள் / Tea powder- 1.5 tsp நட்சத்திà®° சோà®®்பு / Star anise-1 பட்டை / Cinnamon-1 inch கிà®°ாà®®்பு / Cloves-2 Method: Wash & soak Chana overnight in water. Take a cotton cloth . Place star anise, cinnamon, green cardomom,black cardomom & tea powder in that cloth & make a knot out of that. After soaking of Chana for overnight, take that in pressure cooker & add that masala knot in that. Add turmeric powder & salt . Cook the same for 8 to 9 whistles. Let it cool. Heat 4 tsps of oil in a Kadhai. Add Jeera & Brinji leaves. Then add finely chopped onion to that & sauté. Then add garlic & ginger paste & fry till the raw smell goes. Then add turmeric , chilli, Jeera, coriander powder & mix. Then add tomato purée to that , cover with a lid & cook. Then add dry pomegranate powder & Kasuri Methi. After frying nicely add 1.5 cups of water . Cook it with a lid for 2 min. When pressure releases take out Chana. Remove the masala knot from that. Drain the water from Chana. Take 2 tbsps of Chana separately & mash it in mixer. Add cooked Chana in kadhai & mix. Add mashed Chana also to that for a smooth consistency & texture. Mix all & cook for 3 minutes with a lid. Add the drained water from Chana also to that. Adjust the water as per consistency choice. Add chaat powder & garam masala at last & mix After 3 minutes of cooking add coriander leaves on top & serve. This is awesome chole recipe which can be accompanied by roti, Paratha, Bhature , puri or rice. Tri colour Uthappam Recipe/How to make Tri color Uthappam with idly batter/Independence Day Recipe

Ingredients: இட்லி à®®ாவு / Left over idly batter- 2 cups துà®°ுவிய காரட் / Finely grated or cut carrots- 1 துà®°ுவிய குடை à®®ிளகாய் / Finely cut capsicum 🫑-1 எண்ணை / Oil - to make Uthappam à®®ுந்திà®°ி / Cashews-4 For chutney: Coconut-1/2 cup Green chili-2 Coriander leaves- little Salt- to taste Oil - 1 tsp Mustard-1/2 tsp for tadka Method: Grate or cut carrot & keep Cut capsicum finely Heat Tava & wipe it with tissue paper. Spread the batter in Uthappam size( not thin). Spread the carrots on top of the line which I have shown in the video. The same way spread capsicum also at the bottom line leaving a gap between two colors. Pour oil all over & roast it with a lid. After 2 to 3 minutes flip to the other side & roast it. Same way make all Uthappams. Enjoy with chutney or Sambhar or chutney powder( idly gunpowder) Enjoy Independence Day with Tricolor Uthappam & celebrate. Murungai ilai podi/Moringa leaves powder/Healthy Miracle tree leaves powder/Diabetes friendly powder

Method: Take a bunch of Moringa leaves & keep it in a towel tightly covered for 12 hrs. After 12 hrs the leaves are separated from the stem completely. Take out the small stem also. Keep the leaves on a plate & dry in the medium sun for 3 days. After 3 days leaves are well dried. Take the dried leaves in a blender & make powder. Keep the powder in an airtight container & can use it daily. 1 tsp of Moringa powder can be mixed with warm water & taken in an empty stomach. Innumerable health benefits are there in this powder & we can use this to prevent many diseases. Try this and give your comments.
