சுவையான பீன்ஸ் பருப்பு உசிலி இப்படி செய்யுங்க/Beans Paruppu Usili Recipe(Tips)Beans Pigeon dal Curry

Ingredients: துவரம்பருப்பு / Toor dal / pigeon lentil - 2 cups கடலைப்பருப்பு / Chana dal / Bengal gram- 2 tbsps உப்பு / Salt - to taste பீன்ஸ் / Beans - 1/2 kg ( finely chopped) சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 7 to 8 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric- 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tbsps + for frying கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 2 tsp Method: Wash & soak dal for 2 hrs Cook beans separately with little turmeric, salt & little water. After 2 hrs grind Dal coarsely in mixer jar with salt, red chili & Asafetida in 2 batches. Mix well. Add little oil on top & mix. Cook the same in pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Heat oil in Kadhai. Add mustard , Ulad dal , turmeric & curry leaves. Add the cooked dal in that . Fry for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame till it becomes powdery. Then add cooked beans to that & mix. Fry again for 5 to 6 minutes by closing the same with a lid. As we have added Chana dal & oil it helps the dal to become powdery like curry. Our beans Paruppu Usili is ready to serve with hot rice & ghee. The best combination for this is kara Kuzhambu & kadhi. Try the same defenitly & give your feedback. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
