சோள ரொட்டி/How to make Makki ki Roti/Yellow corn Roti Recipe/Gluten-free makki ki Roti Recipe

#GlutenfreeMakkiKiRoti#MakkiKiRoriRecipe#சோளரொட்டி#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: சோள மாவு / Maize flour/ makki ki atta- 2 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp முள்ளங்கி / Raddish - 300 gms Method: Wash & grate radish. Add salt & keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes squeeze out the water from the radish & keep. Take Maize flour on a plate. Add little salt & mix. Then add squeezed radish into that. Mix all nicely to make a nice dough by adding little water if necessary. If the water is more, It will be difficult to make roti. Apply little oil to the dough & keep it for 10 minutes with a lid. After 10 minutes make a ball out of dough to make Roti. The rest of the dough is to be covered & kept. Take a piece of plastic paper & keep the Makki balls & flatten the same with the palm nicely by keeping the plastic cover on top. If necessary we can cut the same in a round shape with a plate. The edges will be thin & will be a little thick only. But it will be soft inside. Heat Tava & apply little oil. Take out the Roti from the plastic slowly & place it on Tava. Cook & roast it in medium flame after adding ghee on top & sides. Roast on both sides nicely. Make all the other rotis in the same way. Sarson ka saag is the best side dish for this Makki ki roti. But today I have made Palak ki saag. Apply butter to roti when it is v hot. This will be tasty & crispy. This is a gluten-free recipe. Please try & give your feedback on this.
