வெண்டைக்காய் பச்சடி இது மாதிரி செய்யுங்க/Crispy Vendaikai Pachadi/Bhindi Raita/Crispy Okra in curd



#VendaikaiPachadi#BhindiRaita#FriedOjraInCurd#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: வெண்டைக்காய் / Bhindi / Okra - 150 gms கட்டி தயிர் / Thick curd - 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1/4 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 ( slit ) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp எண்ணை / oil - 1 tsp for Tadka & little oil to fry Bhindi கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1.5 tsp தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 tsps Method: Wash & cut Bhindi into small pieces. Add salt, Jeera powder, Bengal gram flour & water. Keep the same for 10 minutes to rest. Heat oil in Kadhai & fry all Bhindi in 2 batches. Fry till we get a golden color in high flame. ( flame should not be low as it will make the Bhindi soft) Whisk curd nicely & add to Bhindi after it becomes cool. Add salt, & mix well. Add Jeera & chili powder on top before serving. Yummy crispy Bhindi Raita is ready to serve. This can be taken with Sambhar rice or any Chitranna variety. Even with roti, it will be very tasty. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
