Ingredients: அரசி மாவு / Rice flour- 2 cups கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 cups உப்பு / Salt - 1.5 tsps சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1 tsp( sieved) மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Red chili powder- 2 tsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1 tsp ( soaked in water) எண்ணை / Oil - 1/4 cup to add in flour எண்ணை / Oil - to fry தண்ணீர் / Water - 1.25 cups to make the dough Method: Take rice flour & Bengal gram flour in a vessel. Add salt, turmeric, chili, Jeera ( powders) & Asafetida water. Heat oil in Tadka pan & add to the flour. Mix all ingredients nicely to mix up with oil & make a dough by adding water little by little. Heat oil in Kadhai & check whether the oil is hot. Grease the Murukku press with oil. Place the dough in that. Make pakoda in hot oil & fry in medium flame on both sides. Take out them when they are golden in color. Make all dough like this. Crispy tasty Ribbon pakodas are ready to eat. Try this definitely & give your feedback. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
