புளி அவல் செய்வது எப்படி/Tamarind Poha Recipe/How to make Tamarind flattened rice easily for b’fast

Ingredients: அவல் / Flattened rice/ Poha- 3 cups புளி / Tamarind- Lemon sized ball soaked in water ( take out the syrup after soaking for 20 minutes) வேர்க்கடலை / peanuts🥜 - 3 tbsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 3( even green chilli can be added as per taste) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt- to taste எண்ணை / Oil - 5 to 6 tsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tbsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tbsp மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Method: Taka Poha in a bowl & wash nicely. Drain the water & keep it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in Kadhai & add mustard. Then add red chili, Bengal gram, curry leaves & turmeric powder.sauté the same & switch off the flame. Add turmeric syrup in Poha & mix nicely. Keep the same for 10 minutes. Then add Poha in the Tadka which we have prepared. Switch on the flame & mix it thoroughly. Sprinkle little water on top & cook it on low flame & keep it covered. After Poha becomes soft add coriander on top & serve it hot. Our turmeric Poha is ready which is very healthy for breakfast.
