It is part of the Grand Junction Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,692 at the 2010 census. The community was named for the cliffs near the town site. Palisade is known for its peach orchards and wine vineyards. I got a chance of visiting the same for peach plucking & really it was an enjoyable trip. Hope you all liked this vlog.
