Ingredients:
வேர்க்கடலை/ Peanuts- 1.25 cups
கடலை மாவு / gram flour- 4 tsp
அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 4 tsp
சாட் பொடி/ Chaat powder-1 tsp
எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ் / Lemon juice - 1 tsp ( instead of lemon juice we can add Dry mango powder also)
மஞ்சள் பொடி/ Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
கொத்தமல்லிவிரை பொடி/ Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
இஞ்சி பூண்டு பேஸ்ட்/ Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
மிளகாய் powder/ chili powder- 1 tbsp
எண்ணை/ oil - to fry
உப்பு / Salt- to taste
Method:
Clean the peanuts & take it in a bowl. Wash them thoroughly with water & drain the same.
Take gram flour, rice flour, salt, chaat powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric & chili powder lemon juice and give it a nice mix.
Add to the peanuts & mix nicely so that all peanuts are coated with flour & Masalas.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop peanuts in the oil one by one so that it doesn’t stick with one another. Fry all peanuts in medium to high flame. Crispy peanuts are ready to serve with Tea/ coffee as a snack.
