Pavakkai Fry in Tamil / Bitter gourd fry/ Pavakkai poriyal / Pavakkai chips/Crispy Karela fry

#BitterGourdFry#பாவக்காய் ப்ரை#KarelaFry Ingredients: பாகற்காய் / Bitter gourd - 1/4 kg எண்ணை / Oil - to fry கடலை மாவு / Bengalgram flour- 2 tsp அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 2 tsp மசாலா பொடி / Garam masala - 1 tsp சீரகப்பொடி / cumin powder- 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள் பொடி / Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste தயிர் / Curd - 1 tsp சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 1 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Red chilli powder- 2 tsp Method: Wash & cut bitter gourd in slices and take out the seed. Add rice flour, Bengalgram flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, curd & 1 tsp of water, 1 tsp of oil to bitter gourd & mix nicely. Rest the same for 15 minutes. Heat oil in kadhai and fry bitter gourd in medium high flame till it becomes golden brown color . Our bitter gourd fry is ready and it is very crispy and tasty.
