#இஞ்சிசொரசம்#InjiSurasam#HomeRemedyGingerJuiceSorasam Ingredients: கொத்தமல்லி விரை / Coriander seeds- 1/4 cup சீரகம் / Cumin seeds- 1/4 cup எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice- 1 lemon juice இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 big piece ( 50 gms) தேன் / Honey - 2 tbsps ( instead of honey we can use sugar or palm sugar or jaggery as per your taste) Method: Wash & soak Coriander seeds & cumin overnight. ( as we have to take this juice in morning in empty stomach soaking at night will be easy to prepare) Peel and slice the ginger in thin pieces. Grind Coriander, cumin, ginger by adding water into a paste. Filter the juice in a strainer and again grind it by adding water. Take out the juice . Mix the first & second juice. Add honey & Lemon juice to that and mix. We can add sugar also if u like and increase lemon juice also as per taste. As this is a home remedy for stomach problems we can take it in empty stomach in a less quantity as medicine. Very helpful for problems like acidity & bloating stomach.
