Ingredients:
ராகி மாவு / கேழ்வரகு மாவு / finger millet flour- 1 cup
அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 cup
கடலை மாவு / Bengalgram flour- 1 tbsp
எண்ணை / oil - to make Dosa
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chilli- 2
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tsp ( cut pieces)
கடுகு / Mustard- 1/2 tsp
சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp
கருவேப்பிலை/ curry leaves- little
கொத்தமல்லி தழை/ Coriander leaves- little
உப்பு / Salt - to taste
Method:
Mix Ragi flour, rice flour Bengal gram flour & salt with water nicely without any lumps to a Dosa batter consistency .
Heat 1 tsp of oil in tadka pan. Add mustard, Jeera, green chili, ginger & curry leaves . Pour that in batter and rest for 1/2 an hour.
Heat Tava . Crease the tava with oil. Pour the batter and make Dosa .
While making dosa the tava should be hot ,and poured from top so as to get nice holes in Dosa. Add oil and roast on both sides. Very healthy Ragi dosa is ready and can be served with Sambar, coconut chutney or with red mirchi powder .
