வெஜிடபுள் கட்லெட் / Vegetable Cutlet Recipe in Tamil/ Mixed veggies Cutlet Recipe



Ingredients: உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- 5to 6 ( cooked & mashed) துருவிய காரட்/ Grated carrot- 1/2 cup பீட்ரூட் / Beetroot- 1/2 cup வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 பட்டாணி / Peas - 1/2 cup சோளம்/ yellow 🌽- 1/2 cup குடை மிளகாய் / capsicum- 1/2 cup கரம் மசாலா/ Garam masala- 1 tsp மஞ்சள் பொடி/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp சீரகப்பொடி/ Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி/ Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chilli- 4 பிரட் தூள் / bread crumbs- 1 cup மைதா / Maida - 4 tsp( necessary only if we do deep fry) எண்ணை / oil - to shallow fry முந்திரிப்பருப்பு/ Cashews- 6 உப்பு/ Salt - to taste இஞ்சி/ Ginger- 1/2 tsp cut Method: Cook potato and mash nicely. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add cashew and fry. Add all veggies , green chilli, ginger & salt one by one and sauté for 3 min just to make all veggies soft. Make it cool and mix with mashed potatoes, chilli,Garam masala & turmeric powder and mix nicely. ( can add bread crumbs if the mix is loose and not tight to make cutlets) Grease the mould with oil and make cutlets in a round shape or we can make it with hand in a good shape. Coat all the cutlets with bread crumbs and keep ready for fry Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry all on either side in medium flame till it becomes roasted nicely. Our cutlets are ready and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
