வெந்தயக்கீரை சப்பாத்தி/ Methi Paratha/ Methi Roti/ Tepla/fenugreek chapathi/ Methi paratha receipe


Ingredients: கோதுமை மாவு/ wheat flour- 3 cups வெந்தயக்கீரை/ Methi leaves- 300 gms( leaves only) பூண்டு/ garlic- 4 to 5 பச்சை மிளகாய் / green chili- 5 மஞ்சள் பொடி/ Turmeric powder- 1 tsp சீரகப்பொடி/ jeera powder- 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லிவிரை பொடி/ Coriander powder- 1 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி/ chili powder- 1 tsp உப்பு/ Salt - to taste எண்ணை/ oil- to roast Method: Grind methi, garlic & green chili in a blender roughly Make the dough with wheat flour, methi paste, coriander powder, jeera powder, salt,turmeric & chili powder. Add 2 tsp of oil on top and let the dough rests for 15 minutes. Make parathas out of that and roast on either side of the roti by applying oil. Our Methi parathas are ready with pickle and raita.
