Baby corn fritters in Tamil/Baby corn bajji/ Baby corn fry/Crispy baby corn Pakoda/சிறிய சோள பக்கோடா



Ingredients: Baby corn/ சிறிய சோளம் - 100 gms Bread crumbs/ பிரட் தூள்- 3 slices of bread or 1/2 cup இஞ்சி/ Ginger- 1 tsp grated சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste மைதா/ maida- 1/4 cup சோள மாவு /Corn flour - 1 1/2 tsp எண்ணை/ oil - to fry Method: Wash & slit the baby corns vertically & keep aside. Mix Maida, corn flour, ginger, red chilli flakes & salt . Make a smooth thick batter by adding water to that and mix nicely. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Dip the baby corns in the batter and coat in bread crumbs nicely and keep aside. Fry all the baby corns on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup & green chutney .
