இட்லிய விட soft ஆன tiffin செய்யுங்க/Rava Dhokla recipe in Tamil/How to make instant Dhokla with Rava

Ingredients: ரவை / Rava - 1 cup தயிர் / Curd - 1/2 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 1 cup துருவிய இஞ்சி/ Grated ginger - 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tbsps கடுகு / mustard- 1 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லி தழை / Coriander- to garnish மிளகாய் பொடி / Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp Method: Take Rava in a bowl. Add curd & mix well. Keep it for 15 minutes to soak. In between grind coriander leaves, split roasted gram , salt, ginger, green chili curd & lemon juice together & make green chutney as side dish. After 15 min add grated ginger to Rava & salt. Mix well . Boil water in a steamer to steam Rava batter. Grease a plate with oil to steam Rava. After making all these arrangements then add Eno fruit salt to the Rava mixture & mix well. Immediately keep in steamer to steam the same. Add red chili powder on top of Rava batter & coriander leaves on top. Steam the same for 15 to 18 minutes. Switch off the flame & let it cool. Take it out & check whether it is cooked properly. Cool & release the sides of the Dhokla to take it out. Demould the same in a plate. When it is cool cut in squares. For tadka heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard, Jeera , green chili& curry leaves. Then add water & let it boil for 2 minutes. Add the tadka on top of Rava Dhokla & spread. Our Rava dhokla is ready to serve with yummy green chutney as side dish. This can be served as breakfast or in lunchbox or for dinner. #pakora #pakoda #pakorarecipe #palak #pakode #pakorarecipe #ranjisflavours Ingredients: பாலக் / Palak leaves- 150gms வெங்காயம்/ Onion - 2 ( chopped in thin slices) கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 cups அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1/2 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- 3 tbsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp ஓம்ம் / Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Roaster cumin powder- 1 tsp மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய்தூள் / Red chili powder- 1 tbsp எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tbsps of hot oil to pour on top of the dough + oil to fry Pakoda உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp Method: Take onions, green chili & palak in a bowl. Squeeze nicely to release the water from palak nicely. Then add gram flour & rice flour. Add salt. Mix well altogether nicely. Then add hot oil to that & mix. Add only 3 tsps of water to make the dough so it comes out crispy. Heat oil in kadhai. When it is hot take the dough in small pieces & drop in oil. Fry them till golden color in medium flame. Fry all the batches like this. Ingredients: உதிர்த்த சோளம்/ Shredded corn 🌽- 1 பால் / Milk- 1 cup துருவிய இஞ்சி/ Grated ginger - 1 inch கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பச்சைமிளகாய்/ Green chili- 2 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp கொத்தமல்லி/ Coriander- little உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய்தூள் / Chili powder- 1/2 tsp துருவிய தேங்காய்/ Grated coconut- 4 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard - 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ் / Lemon juice- 1/2 🍋 நெய் / Ghee -3 tsps Method: Grate corn or take it in a mixer jar & grind it coarsely. Keep it aside. Heat the kadhai & add ghee. Add mustard & Jeera. The add grated ginger, green chili, Asafetida & curry leaves to that. Sauté well. Then add the grounded corn to that & mix well. Let it cook in medium flame for 2 minutes. Then add a little water in the mixer jar & add that water to cook nicely. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder & chili powder. Mix well. Keep it in flame for 2 more minutes with a lid covered. Then add grated coconut & coriander on top. Serve hot as an evening snack. It will be too tasty & healthy too. #payasam #kheer#kheerrecipe #wheatravakheer#ravakheer Ingredients: சம்பா ரவை / Samba wheat Rava- 1/2 cup தண்ணீர்/ Water- 3.5 cups பாசிப்பருப்பு / Split green dal - 2 tbsps ஏலக்காய் / Green cardamom- 7 to 8 வெல்லம் / Jaggery - 200 gms நாட்டுச்சக்கரை / Country sugar - 2 tbsps முந்திரி /Cashews - 7 திராட்சை / Raisins - 10 நெய் / Ghee - 3 tsps பால் / Milk - 1.5 cups Method : Wash mung dal. Boil water in a pressure cooker. Add wheat Rava & mung dal to that. Cook the same for 2 whistles. Take jaggery in a vessel . Add water & melt the same. Then add country sugar & boil. Strain the same. Fry cashews & raisins in a pan with ghee till we get golden color. Open the cooker & take Rava in a pan. Whisk the same nicely with a whisk after adding the jaggery syrup. Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cashews, raisins & cardamom powder & mix well. After boiling add 1.5 cups of milk & mix. After adding milk let it boil. Then our wheat Rava Kheer will be ready to serve. It is so yummy & healthy too. Ingredients: கிடாரங்காய் / Wild citron - 2 உப்பு / Salt - 3 tbsps மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 2 tsps பெருங்காயம்/ Asafetida- 1 tsp காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் தூள் / Kashmiri chili powder- 2 tsps மிளகாய்பொடி / Red chili powder- 2 tsps வெந்தயத்தூள் / Fenugreek powder- 1 tsp நல்லெண்ணை / Sesame oil - 4 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tbsp Method: Wash Wild Citron & wipe it. Cut into small pieces. Add salt & turmeric powder. Keep it covered for 4 hrs. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard & asafetida. When it fries, add turmeric powder & chili powder. Add the citron pieces to that. Mix it well on a medium flame. After 3 minutes, the oil will come up. You can switch off the flame & let it cool. If you want to preserve it for a long time outside at room temperature, you can add a pinch of sodium benzoate as well. Store it in a clean glass container. Enjoy Wild citron pickle with curd rice. #கொத்தமல்லி #சேவை #coriander #corianderrecipes #ricenoodles #ricenoodle #ranjisflavours Ingredients: அரிசி நூடூல்ஸ் / Rice noodles- 400 gms கொத்தமல்லி/ Coriander- 250 gms பச்சை மிளகாய்/ Green chili- 3 தேங்காய்/ Coconut- 🥥 1/2 வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts- 2 tbsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram - 1 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு/ Ulad dal - 1/2 tsp கடுகு / Mustard seeds - 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little தேங்காய் / Coconut- 2 tsps in small pieces for adding on top எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tbsps Method: Take rice noodles in a vessel. Add boiled hot water to the noodles till it is well immersed. Keep it for 6 minutes & then drain the water. Cool the same well in a plate. Grind coriander, green chile & coconut in a mixer grinder to a fine paste. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard, Bengal gram & Ulad dal and peanuts. After frying, add the ground paste and sauté nicely on a medium flame after 3 min of sautéing, the same. After cooling, add the cooled rice noodles to the ground paste. Add la ittle sesame oil. Mix well without any lumps. Our coriander leaves instant rice noodles is ready to serve. This can be kept in a lunch box, for breakfast, or for dinner. Very easy to make too. அதிக சுவையுள்ள திதிப்பு எலுமிச்சை ஊறுகாய்/Sweet lemon pickle recipe/Hot, sweet,sour lemon pickle

Ingredients: எலுமிச்சம்பழம் / Lemon- 🍋 18 to 20 வெல்லம் / Jaggery- 400 gms உப்பு / Salt -2 tbsps மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1 tsp சோம்பு / Fennel seeds- 1 tbsps சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லி விரை/ Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp மிளகு / Pepper- 1/2 tsp கருஞ்சீரகம்/ Black cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp ஓம்ம் / carom seeds - 1/2 tsp கருப்பு உப்பு / Black salt - 1/2 tsp Method: Clean, wash and wipe lemons & keep it dry in a towel. Cut lemon in 8 pieces & place it in a bowl. Add salt & turmeric powder & mix well. Keep it soaked for 12 days . Mix them daily in the morning. Keep it till it is soaked well. Fry fennel seeds, cumin, Pepper & coriander seeds in a kadhai without oil till we get a nice aroma. Cool the same & powder it in a mixer jar. It should neither be coarse nor fine powder. Keep it in a plate separately. Add jaggery in a pan & add 2 tbsps of water. Melt it & make thick syrup . Mix it well for 3 minutes till we get a thick syrup. Add ground masala powder, black salt, black cumin & Ajwain & mix well. Switch off the flame & Cool the same. When it is little warm, add lemon pieces which we have soaked & mix it well. Our sweet lemon pickle is ready now. Cool the same & fill in airtight clean dry glass bottles & use. This is very good & tasty with roti, chapati & even with rice. #மோர்க்குழம்பு #kadhi #kadhirecipe #கற்பூரவள்ளி#doddapatreleaves Ingredients: கற்பூரவல்லி இலைகள்/ Ajwain leaves - 20 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 3 கடைந்த தயிர் / Churned curd - 1/2 litre தனியா / Coriander seeds - 1 tsp சீரகம் / Jeera - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - 2 tsps கடுகு / Mustard seeds - 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves - little சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 1 வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp துருவிய தேங்காய்/ Grated coconut- 3 tbsps அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 tbsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு/ Ulad dal- 1/2 tsp வெண்டைக்காய் / Bhindi - 10 ( cut & fried in little oil) Method: Wash Ajwain leaves. Add 1 tsp of oil in pan. Add the leaves, coriander, & Jeera. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes till the leaves becomes soft. Cool the same & grind it with coconut in mixer jar to a fine paste. Take curd & churn nicely. Mix the paste to the curd & mix well. Add salt & rice flour & mix. Then keep it on the flame till it becomes frothy on top. Take it out from the flame. Heat oil in tadka pan. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard, curry leaves & red chili. Fry them & add on top of kadhi. Add fried bhindi also & mix well. #chanamasala #chana #blackchana #masala#sidedish #ranjisflavours Ingredients: கொண்டைக்கடலை / Black chana - 3/4 cup வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2 தக்காளி / Tomato- 2 big size பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 4 ( 2+2) இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch + 1/2 inch ( Julians) கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tbsps சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp பிரிஞ்சி இலை / Brinji leaves-2 ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 2 கிராம்பு / cloves- 2 மஞ்சள் தூள் / turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Jeera powder-1/2 tsp தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp கருப்பு உப்பு / Black salt - 1/4 tsp சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method : Wash & soak black Chana overnight in water. Take the soaked chana in pressure cooker & add water. Add turmeric powder, Brinji leaves, cardamom, cloves & salt. Cook for 5 to 6 whistles. Take chopped onion, green chillies, cooked Chana, tomato ,coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, chili powder , black salt & chaat powder. Make a paste out of that & keep separately. Heat oil in kadhai. Add Jeera & then chopped onions. Fry till soft in medium flame. Add the masala paste to that & saute . Fry for 5 to 6 minutes with a lid. Mix them in between. Then add cooked chana & mix well. Cover it & cook till all masalas combine with chana. After 5 minutes our chana masala will be ready. Heat oil in tadka pan. Add ginger & green chili. After frying add on top of the masala & mix well. This will give good atoms for the chana masala. #thokku #thokkurecipe #mangopickle #mangai #picklerecipe #ranjisflavours Ingredients: மாங்காய் / Raw mango- 3 மாங்காய் இஞ்சி / Mango ginger/ Aam adarak- 150 gms பச்சைமிளகாய் / Green chili- 100 gms To make dry masala : கருஞ்சீரகம் / Nigella seeds- 1/2 tsp கடுகு / Mustard - 1 tbsp வெந்தயம் / Fengreek seeds - 1/2 tsp கடுகு / mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp ( tadka) நல்லெண்ணை / sesame Oil - 1/2 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1.5 tsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida -1/2 tsp மிளகாய்தூள் / Chili powder- 1.5 tsps மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Method: Wash & clean raw mango, green chili & mango ginger. Dry the same with a towel. Peel the skin in mango & ginger. Cut ginger in pieces & grate raw mango in grater. Dry roast mustard, Methi & nigella seeds. Then make powder out of that. Take green chili & mango ginger in a mixer jar & grind . Mix with grated mango. Heat oil in kadhai. Add mustard & Asafetida. When Asafetida roasted add the grated mixture to that. Add salt & turmeric powder. Keep the flame in low to medium & sauté it. Mix it well frequently so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Then add the masala powder, chili powder & keep sautéing for another 10 minutes. Totally it will take 20 minutes to prepare. Cool the same & store it in airtight glass containers. Can keep in refrigerator for longer shelf life. Ingredients: பாசிப்பருப்பு / Split green dal/ Monng dal - 1 cup உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Split black gram / Ulad dal - 1 cup அவல் / Flattened rice / Poha- 1/2 cup இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 3 உப்பு / Salt - to taste கெட்டி பெருங்காயம்/ Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லி தழை / Coriander leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa Method: Wash both dals nicely twice & drain the water. Wash poha nicely & drain water. Add washed mung dal in a mixer grinder. Add salt, green chilies, ginger & Asafoetida. Grind to a nice paste without adding water. Please keep it in a separate bowl. Grind Urad dal with a little water so that it becomes fluffy. Grind Poha also to a paste. Add all three & mix well & add curry leaves. Take the batter in a bowl separately and add the coriander leaves, mixing well. Heat the Dosa tawa & grease with a little oil. Spread the batter in a round type & pour oil all over. Keep the flame in medium & flip to the other side & cook. This dosa will be very soft. Make all dosas in the same manner. Serve the same with sambhar or chutney of your choice. I have served with sambar & idli podi. It will be very soft & tasty.
