#pakora #pakoda #pakorarecipe #palak #pakode #pakorarecipe #ranjisflavours Ingredients: பாலக் / Palak leaves- 150gms வெங்காயம்/ Onion - 2 ( chopped in thin slices) கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 cups அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1/2 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- 3 tbsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp ஓம்ம் / Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Roaster cumin powder- 1 tsp மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய்தூள் / Red chili powder- 1 tbsp எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tbsps of hot oil to pour on top of the dough + oil to fry Pakoda உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp Method: Take onions, green chili & palak in a bowl. Squeeze nicely to release the water from palak nicely. Then add gram flour & rice flour. Add salt. Mix well altogether nicely. Then add hot oil to that & mix. Add only 3 tsps of water to make the dough so it comes out crispy. Heat oil in kadhai. When it is hot take the dough in small pieces & drop in oil. Fry them till golden color in medium flame. Fry all the batches like this.
