கற்பூரவல்லி இலை மோர்க்குழம்பு/How to make ajwain leaves kadhi/Ajwainleaves tambuli(Doddapatre)recipe


#மோர்க்குழம்பு #kadhi #kadhirecipe #கற்பூரவள்ளி#doddapatreleaves Ingredients: கற்பூரவல்லி இலைகள்/ Ajwain leaves - 20 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 3 கடைந்த தயிர் / Churned curd - 1/2 litre தனியா / Coriander seeds - 1 tsp சீரகம் / Jeera - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - 2 tsps கடுகு / Mustard seeds - 1 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves - little சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 1 வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp துருவிய தேங்காய்/ Grated coconut- 3 tbsps அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 tbsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு/ Ulad dal- 1/2 tsp வெண்டைக்காய் / Bhindi - 10 ( cut & fried in little oil) Method: Wash Ajwain leaves. Add 1 tsp of oil in pan. Add the leaves, coriander, & Jeera. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes till the leaves becomes soft. Cool the same & grind it with coconut in mixer jar to a fine paste. Take curd & churn nicely. Mix the paste to the curd & mix well. Add salt & rice flour & mix. Then keep it on the flame till it becomes frothy on top. Take it out from the flame. Heat oil in tadka pan. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard, curry leaves & red chili. Fry them & add on top of kadhi. Add fried bhindi also & mix well.
