Ganesh chaturthi க்கு இந்த லட்டு பிரசாதம் செய்யுங்க/Protein packed gluten free Sattu Makhana Laddoo


 

#laddoo #sattumakhanaladdoo#pottukadalai #makhanarecipe #prasad Ingredients: பொட்டுக்கடலை பொடி / Roasted gram powder- 1 cup சர்க்கரை பொடி / Sugar powder - 1 நெய் / Ghee - 1/2 cup ஏலக்காய் பொடி / cardamom powder- 1 tsp மக்கானா / Makhana - 2 cups பிஸ்தா / Pistachio pieces-1 tsp முந்திரி / Cashews pieces - 1 tsp Method: Roast Makhana in a pan till it becomes crispy. Make powder after it gets cooled. Take it in a bowl. Take roasted gram powder ( sattu ) in a pan. Add 1/4 cup of ghee in that & roast it till that fine aroma comes in that. Again add ghee & Roast it till we are able to make a nice ball out of that. Take it in a plate & cool the same. Take roasted gram powder, sugar powder & Makhana powder in a bowl. Add cardamom powder, sliced pista & cashews . Mix all nicely. Lastly add 2 tsps of ghee to make nice tasty laddoos. Make all laddoos in the same way. Our Makhana sattu laddoos are ready to serve. This is the very tasty laddoo & easy to prepare.
