இட்லிய விட soft ஆன tiffin செய்யுங்க/Rava Dhokla recipe in Tamil/How to make instant Dhokla with Rava

Ingredients: ரவை / Rava - 1 cup தயிர் / Curd - 1/2 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 1 cup துருவிய இஞ்சி/ Grated ginger - 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tbsps கடுகு / mustard- 1 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லி தழை / Coriander- to garnish மிளகாய் பொடி / Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp Method: Take Rava in a bowl. Add curd & mix well. Keep it for 15 minutes to soak. In between grind coriander leaves, split roasted gram , salt, ginger, green chili curd & lemon juice together & make green chutney as side dish. After 15 min add grated ginger to Rava & salt. Mix well . Boil water in a steamer to steam Rava batter. Grease a plate with oil to steam Rava. After making all these arrangements then add Eno fruit salt to the Rava mixture & mix well. Immediately keep in steamer to steam the same. Add red chili powder on top of Rava batter & coriander leaves on top. Steam the same for 15 to 18 minutes. Switch off the flame & let it cool. Take it out & check whether it is cooked properly. Cool & release the sides of the Dhokla to take it out. Demould the same in a plate. When it is cool cut in squares. For tadka heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard, Jeera , green chili& curry leaves. Then add water & let it boil for 2 minutes. Add the tadka on top of Rava Dhokla & spread. Our Rava dhokla is ready to serve with yummy green chutney as side dish. This can be served as breakfast or in lunchbox or for dinner.
