#ஜவ்வரிசி #sabudana #rings #sabudanarings#ringpapad#ranjisflavours Ingredients: ஐவ்வரிசி / Sabudana- 1 cup தண்ணீர்/ water - 4.5 cups உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp ( vrat salt) Method: Wash Sabudana twice & soak it with 1 cup of water overnight. Morning open & check whether it is soaked nicely or not. Add 1/2+ 1/2 cup of water & grind it in a mixer grinder to a smooth paste. Take it in a Kadhai & add 2 cups of water & mix well. Cool the paste in a medium flame & mix well continuously with a wooden ladle. Add 1/2 of warm water again to keep the consistency correct. Cook it nicely for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool, the same. Take a piping bag with a nozzle to make ring papad. Otherwise, we can use a milk bag also. Fill the batter when it is a little warm. Tie the top with a rubber band. Make rings with the bag by pressing and holding at the bottom of the nozzle. After making, keep it under a fan for 3 hrs and then in the sun. Dry for 2 days, and Sabudana ring vada is ready. Anytime with tea or coffee, we can fry and take it. This can be kept in a lunchbox with any rice variety for kids. All will like it.
