சம்பா ரவையில் கார கொழுக்கட்டை செய்யலாமே/Broken wheat Rava Kara kozhukattai recipe


 

#rava#samba#sambarava#kozhukkattai #ravakolukattai#ranjisflavours Ingredients: சம்பா ரவை / Samba Rava - wheat Rava- 1 cup தேங்காய் எண்ணை / Coconut oil - 6 tbsps துவரம்பருப்பு/ Tuvar dal - 1/4 cup கடலைப்பருப்பு/ Bengal gram- 2 tbsps கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- 3 arc பெருங்காயம்/ Asafetida- 1/4 tsp சிகப்பு மிளகாய்/ Red chili- 2 கடுகு / Mustard seeds - 1 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு/ Ulad dal - 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு/ Bengal gram- 1/2 tsp தண்ணீர்/ Water - 2.5 cups துருவிய தேங்காய்/ Grated coconut- 1/4 cup பச்சைமிளகாய்/ Green chili- 2 உப்பு / salt - to taste Method: Wash & soak toor dal, Bengal gram in water. Add red chili, curry leaves & asafetida with that. Soak it for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, grind it coarsely & keep separately. Add oil in the kadhai & add Rava. Roast it for 2 to 3 minutes. After roasting keep it in a plate to cool. Take kadai . Add oil. Add mustard to splutter. Then add Ulad dal, Bengal gram, curry leaves & green chili. Add grated coconut & mix well. Then add water to boil. After boiling, add the dal paste & stir well. Then add roasted samba Rava, cook for 3 minutes covered with a lid. Stir it in between. Now the dough will be ready to make kozhukattai. Keep the same in a plate to cool. After wetting the hands in water, make small dumplings out of the dough and place them in a plate. Heat water in a kadhai with a stand. Keep the perforated plate on that. Keep all dumplings in that & cook ( steam ) it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, our samba Rava Kara kozhukattai will be ready to serve. Serve it with Kara chutney or coconut chutney, or Sambhar. Yummy Pidi / Kara kozhukattai will be ready. This dish is good for diabetes and can also be had for dinner. “Connect with me”

Ingredients: தினை / Foxmillet - 1 cup வெங்காயம்/ தக்காளி / திருவிய காரட் / பொடியாக நறுக்கிய வெள்ளரிக்காய்- Onion/tomato/grated carrot/cucumber— 2 tbsps each பன்னீர் / Paneer - 50 gms உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்/ Olive oil - 1 tbsp கொத்தமல்லி தழை/ Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash foxmillet nicely twice. Soak the same with water for 8 hrs. After 8 hrs take out the water & wash it again. Keep 2.5 cups of water in a pan. When it is hot, add the Fox millet, cover with a lid and let it cook for 20 minutes; stir in between. When the millet cooks, drain the water completely & cool it. Then add all vegetables with salt & pepper. Add olive oil and mix well. Lastly, add paneer & coriander leaves & mix well. Keep it covered & refrigerate for 2 hrs. Very healthy foxtail millet is ready. Serve it cool. #bennedosa #dosa#dose #வெண்ணைதோசை#வெண்ணெய் ranjisflavours கர்நாடகாவில் பிரசித்தியான வெண்ணை தோசை செய்வது எப்படி/Viral Bangalore butter Dosa recipe Ingredients: For Dosa batter: பச்சரிசி / Raw rice- 1.5 cups உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 1/2 cup கடலைப்பருப்பு/ Bengal gram - 1 tbsp அவல் / flattened rice- 1/4cup வெந்தயம் / fenugreek- 1 tsp வெண்ணை / Buttet - 100 gms சர்க்கரை / sugar - 1 tsp Method: Wash rice & dal thrice & soak it for 4 hrs. Soak flattened rice & fenugreek separately. After 4 hrs grind dal, rice, flattened rice & fenugreek to a fine batter. Add salt & sugar. Let it ferment for 7 to 8 hrs. Making of masala: உருளைக்கிழங்கு/ Potato - 4 medium size வெங்காயம்/ onion- 2 (sliced) பச்சைமிளகாய்/ green chili- 4 கருவேப்பிலை/ curry leaves- little இஞ்சி/ Ginger- 1/2 inch மஞ்சள்தூள்/ turmeric powder- 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லி இலை/ coriander leaves- little தேங்காய் எண்ணை/ coconut oil - 3 tsps கடுகு / Mustard seeds- 1 tsp உப்பு/ salt- to taste பெருங்காயம் / asafetida- 1/4 tsp Heat oil in a pan. Add mustards. When they splutter, add green chilli, ginger & curry leaves. Then add onion & saute till it becomes soft. Then add boiled mashed potatoes. Add salt & turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover with lid for 3 minutes. Mash it nicely. If necessary, add 2 tbsps of water to make it like a paste. Keep it in a separate bowl. Making of dosa: Take the fermented batter & mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding a little water. Heat dosa tawa. Spread the batter & add butter on all sides & the centre. Let it roast nicely. Add idly podi on top of dosa ( given link in description for idly podi recipe). Keep potato masala lengthwise. Let it roast & then fold it. Our Benne Dosa will be ready. பாரம்பரிய குஜராத்தி ஸ்டைலில் டோக்ளா செய்முறை/Traditional Gujarati recipe Dhokla in Tamil/No Eno-soda

Ingredients: ரேஷன் புழுங்கலரிசி / Ration par boiled rice- 2 cups கடலைப்பருப்பு/Bengal gram- 1 cup உளுத்தம்பருப்பு/ Black gram dal- 1/4 cup இஞ்சி/ Ginger - 1 inch பச்சை மிளகாய்/ Green chili- 5 உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp பெருங்காயத்தூள்/ Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp மிளகாய்த்தூள் / 👍Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Tempering : பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili -5 ( finely chopped ) கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little கடுகு / mustard - 2 tsps சீரகம் / Cumin - 1.5 tsps எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps தயிர் / fresh curd - 1/4 cup Method: Wash nicely & soak rice, Bengal gram & Ulad dal overnight. Black gram can be soaked even in the morning, 2 hours before making the batter. The next morning, grind rice & dal separately. With green chili & ginger. Mix dal & rice together with turmeric, chili powder & Asafoetida. If necessary, add water to make a correct consistency. Rest the batter to ferment for 5 hrs. Take a small cooker plate & greased the same with oil. Pour the batter & steam it for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare tempering by adding 3 tsps of oil to the kadai. Add 2 tsps of mustard & 1.5 tsps of cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Then add green chili & curry leaves. After 20 minutes, take the steamed dhokla off the plate by inserting a knife along the edges to release it. Keep it in a plate & cut in squares. Then add the tempering on top, along with coriander leaves & grated coconut. Yummy, healthy traditional dhokla will be ready. Ingredients: பன்னீர் / Paneer - 150 gms பென்னே பாஸ்தா / Penne pasta- 2.5 cups உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பூண்டு / Garlic - 8 பால் / Milk - 1 cup மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili flakes - 1/4 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 1 tsp இட்டாலியன் சீசனிங் / Italian seasoning- 1 tsp பேசில் இலை / Basil leaves - little வெங்காயம்/ Onion- 1 finely chopped குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 ( finely chopped) தக்காளி/ Tomato- finely chopped Method: Grind paneer, garlic, salt & milk together in paste form. Keep it aside. Take a pan. Add onion, tomato, capsicum & pasta. Add hot water to immerse everything nicely. Cover it with a lid & cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add seasoning, chilli flakes, pepper powder & basil leaves. Mix well & keep it covered for 2 minutes. Our yummy paneer pasta is ready to serve hot without cheese and less oil. We have made very healthy pasta.
