தீபாவளிக்கு மொறு மொறு அவல் முறுக்கு செய்யுங்க/Poha Murukku recipe/How to make crispy Poha murukku


 

#அவல்#முறுக்கு #pohamurukku#poharecipe Ingredients: அவல் / Thick Poha - 1 cup அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 cup பொட்டுக்கடலை / Riasted chana dal- 1/2 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1.5 tsps சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1 tbsp தனியாத்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tbsp பெருங்காயத்தூள் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / oil - to fry Murukku தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 cups Method: Clean , sieve and dry poha in sun for 1/2 an hour. Dry fry the same for 2 minutes. Clean & dry fry roasted chana dal in a pan. Make fine powder of poha & chana dal nicely in mixer . Mix well & add all ingredients ( salt, chili, turmeric, cumin,coriander & asafetida powder.) Mix well & add water little by little and make dough. Cover the same for 15 minutes. Grease the murukku machine & fill up the dough . Start making murukku in a plastic sheet. Heat oil & drop all murukku one by one in oil. Fry till golden color. Crispy, tasty Poha murukku will be ready to eat. Cover the dough while making murukku, otherwise it gets dry because poha absorb more water . If need sprinkle little water & make.
