#பாசிப்பருப்பு#laddu#moongdalladdu#maamaaladdoo Ingredients: பாசிப்பருப்பு / Mung dal- 1 cup பொடித்த சர்க்கரை / powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup நெய் / Ghee - 1/4 cup+ 2 tbsps ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardamom powder- 1 tsp முந்திரி / Cashew- 10 Method: Wipe mung dal with a cloth. Fry dal in a pan for 15 minutes in low flame continuously. Cool the same in a plate. After cooling grind the same in mixer grinder to a fine powder. Sieve the same. Take ghee in a pan & add mung dal powder . Fry the same in low flame nicely till it gets fried nicely. Cool the same When it is little hot add sugar powder & cardamom & mix thoroughly. When it is medium hot take a portion of that & make laddoos with cashew.
