#cheesetoast #corn#cheese #avocadotoast Ingredients: உதிர்த்த சோளம் / Corn - 3/4 cup சிவப்பு குடை மிளகாய் / Red capsicum- 1 பச்சை மிளகாய்/ Green chili-2 வெண்ணை / Butter- 1 tbsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ் / Lemon juice- 1/4 lemon juice பூண்டு பொடி / Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp அவகாடோ / Avocado - 1 மொஜரல்லா சீஸ் / Mozzarella cheese- 3 tbsps கொத்தமல்லி / Green coriander- 2 tbsps கோதுமை ப்ரட் /Wheat bread - 4 slices Method: Fine slice capsicum & green chili & keep it separate. Take butter in pan & sauté corn for 2 min & cook the same. Take out the peel of avocado & take the inner part & mash them in a bowl. Add cooled corn & capsicum to that & mix. Add pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder & coriander to that. Add cheese & mix well thoroughly. Heat butter in pan. Spread the veggies cheese mixture on top of bread & sprinkle more cheese. Roast it in butter on both sides after closing with a lid. Fresh, yummy & hot corn veggies avocado toast is ready. Can make this toast by spreading green chutney on bread & then spread corn mixture & roast like a sandwich & serve. #அவல்#முறுக்கு #pohamurukku#poharecipe Ingredients: அவல் / Thick Poha - 1 cup அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 cup பொட்டுக்கடலை / Riasted chana dal- 1/2 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் தூள் / Chili powder- 1.5 tsps சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1 tbsp தனியாத்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tbsp பெருங்காயத்தூள் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / oil - to fry Murukku தண்ணீர் / Water - 2 cups Method: Clean , sieve and dry poha in sun for 1/2 an hour. Dry fry the same for 2 minutes. Clean & dry fry roasted chana dal in a pan. Make fine powder of poha & chana dal nicely in mixer . Mix well & add all ingredients ( salt, chili, turmeric, cumin,coriander & asafetida powder.) Mix well & add water little by little and make dough. Cover the same for 15 minutes. Grease the murukku machine & fill up the dough . Start making murukku in a plastic sheet. Heat oil & drop all murukku one by one in oil. Fry till golden color. Crispy, tasty Poha murukku will be ready to eat. Cover the dough while making murukku, otherwise it gets dry because poha absorb more water . If need sprinkle little water & make. Add corn flour, orange food coloring, curd , baking soda & mix well. Then add water little by little to make a batter. Used one up of water less than 3 tbsps. Rest it for 15 minutes Step-2 Making of sugar syrup Take 2.5 cups of sugar & add 1.25 cups of water. Add food color & cardamom. Dissolve the sugar & stir until we get sticky consistency. Lastly add 1/2 lemon juice to that & mix well. Step-3 Frying of jalebis Heat oil in a pan. Check the oil before frying the jalebis whether it is hot or not. Fill the batter in jalebi mould & make jalebis when the oil is hot. Fry both the sides nicely & put in warm sugar syrup so that jalebis soak well. Add garlic & sauté. Then add onion. Once it becomes translucent , add zucchini, carrots & tomatoes. Add salt & pepper powder.Add water. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Then add palak leaves & pasta. #பாசிப்பருப்பு#laddu#moongdalladdu#maamaaladdoo Ingredients: பாசிப்பருப்பு / Mung dal- 1 cup பொடித்த சர்க்கரை / powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup நெய் / Ghee - 1/4 cup+ 2 tbsps ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardamom powder- 1 tsp முந்திரி / Cashew- 10 Method: Wipe mung dal with a cloth. Fry dal in a pan for 15 minutes in low flame continuously. Cool the same in a plate. After cooling grind the same in mixer grinder to a fine powder. Sieve the same. Take ghee in a pan & add mung dal powder . Fry the same in low flame nicely till it gets fried nicely. Cool the same When it is little hot add sugar powder & cardamom & mix thoroughly. When it is medium hot take a portion of that & make laddoos with cashew. #cornrecipe #corn#appam#appamrecipe #instantappam Ingredients: சோளம் / Corn 🌽- 1 ( take out the kernels separately) ரவா / Rava / Sooji- 1.25 cups மோர் / Buttermilk- 1.25 cups உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp காரட் / Carrot - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1/4 cup ( finely chopped) பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 6 to 7 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- 2 tbsps மிளகாய் பொடி / Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp ஈனோ / Eno salt - 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - to make corn appam Any veggies of your choice can be added Method: Take rava in a bowl & add buttermilk to that & mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes. Grind half of the corn in mixer grinder to a paste. After 15 minutes add the corn paste to rava & add remaining corn kernels to it. Add onion, green chili, carrots, salt, turmeric powder , coriander leaves & red chili powder. Mix all together nicely. Heat appam pan & grease with oil. Before making appam add 1/2 tsp of eno & mix well. Fill up the batter in appam pan with a spoon & pour oil. Cover it & cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the same & roast it on other side also. Make other appams also in next batch. Crispy & tasty corn appam is ready to serve with tomato ketchup. This is very healthy snack item & can have in lunchbox also for kids. Grind in pulse mode in mixer grinder to get a powder in rava consistency. Sieve the same to get powder. ( can skip this process ) Take sugar in a pan & add water to make 1 string consistency in medium flame. Add cashew powder in syrup & stir nicely in low to medium flame till we get a ball consistency. Switch off the stove. Take out the pan from stove & mix it nicely to cool the same. Spread ghee in a butter paper evenly. Pour the mixture in butter paper & mix it nicely to get smooth batter as it is very hot. After getting a thick dough keep one more butter paper on top. Level the same with rolling pin to get a thin layer. Then take out the paper on top & fix the silver foil all over . ( can keep silver foil , as per liking)cut in diamond shape. #vada #maddurvada #maddur #maddurvade #recipe Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1.5 cups ரவை / Rava - 3/4 cup மைதா மாவு / Maida - 3/4 cup இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch பச்சைமிளகாய் /Green chili- 6 to 7 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 6 tbsps Separate oil to fry vada சிறிய் வெங்காயம் - Small onion- 10 ( sliced) தண்ணீர் / Water - 1 cup மிளகாய் பொடி /Red chili powder- 3/4 tsp If u want, can add cashews with this finely chopped Method: Mix rice flour, rava & maida with salt, onion, red chili powder, green chili, & curry leaves. Mix everything nicely. Then add hot oil & combine well. Make a dough with one cup of water with a tight consistency. Rest it for 6 to 7 minutes. Heat oil . Check the oil whether it is hot. Take a plastic sheet to make vada. Take small balls out of the dough & flatten it with palm. Edges of vada to be thin & even on all sides. Keep it ready . When the oil is hot slide the vadas in oil slowly. It should not be over crowded. Once the oil is hot Keep the flame in medium & fry all vadas. It will take 6 to 7 minutes to fry the vadas. Fry till we get golden color. Yummy, crispy maddur vadas are ready to serve. Can make coconut chutney as side dish for badaa. It is so crispy been the next day.
