Ingredients: மாங்காய் / Raw mango- 3 உப்பு / Salt - to taste நல்லெண்ணய் / gingely oil- 2 tbsp ( Instead Of gingely oil we can use any cooking oil) வறுத்து பொடி செய்த வெந்தயப்பொடி/dry fried fenugreek powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி/ Chilli powder- 2 to 3 tsp கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp Method : Cut raw mangoes in very small thin pieces & keep. Add salt, turmeric powder, Methi powder, salt & chilli powder. Heat gingely oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard and then asafoetida. Cool the oil for 5 minutes and then pour on top of Raw mango & mix thoroughly with all masalas. Store the pickle in a dry glass container, Instant Raw Mango pickle is ready to serve with curd rice. This Instant Raw mango pickle can be used for 8 to 10 days if kept in fridge.
