Ingredients: மாம்பழ கூழ் / Mango pulp- 500 Gms ( if we measure the pulp by 5 measure 1 measure of sugar to be added) சர்க்கரை / Sugar- 100gms ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp ( can skip if we don’t want) Method: Wash mangoes and peel the skin. Take the pulp and grind in mixer jar to a fine paste without any lumps. Keep the mango pulp in a Kadhai , add sugar & cardamom. Stir it continuously for 20 minutes in a low medium flame. After 20 minutes pour the pulp in a greased plate and spread all over. Take a bigger plate so that after drying slices of Aam Papad will be thin. Dry in hot sun for a day and our Mango papad is ready. Take out the papad with a knife from edges. Cut the papad in any shape and preserve in air tight container in refrigerator. We can use this Mango papad when the mango season is over. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
