#MangoKadhi #AamKiKadhi Mampazha morkuzhambu/ Mango morkuzhambu/Mango Kadhi/மாம்பழமோர்க்குழம்பு/மாம்பழமோர்க்கூட்டான்



Ingredients: சிறிய மாம்பழம் /Small size mango-3 துருவிய தேங்காய்/ grated coconut- 3 tbsp தேங்காய் எண்ணை/ coconut oil - 2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chilli -1 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 3 வெந்தயம் / Methi - 1/2 tsp கடுகு/ mustard - 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Jeera - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste வெல்லம் / Jaggery- 1 small piece தயிர் / curd - 3 cups கருவேப்பிலை/ curry leaves- little Method: Fry Methi & red chilli in 1 tsp of oil. Grind with coconut in a blender after cooling the same to a fine paste. Take 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water in a pan and add mangoes ,green chili, jaggery & salt to that and cook with a lid in medium flame. Now and then see the mangoes and add the coconut paste to the curd and mix nicely. When mangoes get cooked add the coconut paste to the mangoes and mix thoroughly. Add little salt to that. When it boils for 2 minutes switch off the flame. ( it should not be boiled for long time) Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard,pinch of methi seeds, red chili & curry leaves to that and pour on top of Kadhi as tadka. Our yummy mango Kadhi is ready to serve with rice or roti!
