#MangoKulfi#MangoMalaiKulfi#MangoKulfiRecipe Ingredients: பால் / Milk - 1/2 liter மாம்பழம் / Sweet Mango- 1 பால்ஏடு/ milk cream- 3 tbsp ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom - 1/2 tsp powdered பிஸ்தா / pistachio- 2 tsp சர்க்கரை / Sugar- 2 tbsp குங்குமப்பூ / Saffron- 6 strands Method: Peel mango and take out the fruit. Make pulp out of that and keep aside. Keep milk for boiling .Boil the milk for 1/2 an hr to bring it to 200 ml and the milk to be boiled till we get thick consistency. Add sugar to that and boil again for 5 minutes. Add cardamom, saffron & little pistachio to the milk and cool nicely. After cooling the milk add mango paste and mix nicely to become a thick consistency & no lumps to be there . If need we can mix in mixer to form a nice paste. Then pour the mixture in kulfi mould and cover. Keep it in freezer for 7 to 8 hrs. After 8 hrs take out the moulds and place in normal water to take out the kulfis from the mould. Then one by one we can take out and add pistachio on top of it and serve. Our yummy mango kulfis are ready to eat. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
