Vegetable Kurma/ Mixed Vegetable Kurma receipe/Restaurant style Vegetable Kurma/ வெஜிடபுள்


Ingredients: தேங்காய் /Coconut 🥥-1/2 ( grated) வெங்காயம் / Onion- 2 பட்டாணி/ Peas- 100 gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum-1 காரட் / Carrot- 100 gms பீன்ஸ் / Beans - 50 gms உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- 2 தக்காளி / Tomato-1 மஞ்சள் பொடி/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி/ Chilli powder-1/2 tsp சீரகப்பொடி/ Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp மசாலா பொடி/ Masala powder- 1/2 tsp பட்டை பொடி / Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - To taste கசகசா/ Khuskhus - 1 tsp சோம்பு / Anise - 1 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chilli-3 பூண்டு / Garlic- 7to 8 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander- little Method: Grind coconut & green chilli to a paste in a blender and keep aside. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan. Add khus khus, Garlic,cumin and onion and sauté till onion gets soft after adding little salt to that. Add all the vegetables one by one and mix nicely . Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water to cook. Add cumin powder, masala powder, turmeric powder, chili powder & required salt to that and cook with a lid covered. Add the coconut paste and mix and let it boil for 2 minutes. Garnish with Coriander leaves and our mixed vegetable Kurma is ready to serve with chapathi, Roti and Puri as a side dish.
