#bennedosa #dosa#dose #வெண்ணைதோசை#வெண்ணெய் ranjisflavours கர்நாடகாவில் பிரசித்தியான வெண்ணை தோசை செய்வது எப்படி/Viral Bangalore butter Dosa recipe Ingredients: For Dosa batter: பச்சரிசி / Raw rice- 1.5 cups உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Ulad dal - 1/2 cup கடலைப்பருப்பு/ Bengal gram - 1 tbsp அவல் / flattened rice- 1/4cup வெந்தயம் / fenugreek- 1 tsp வெண்ணை / Buttet - 100 gms சர்க்கரை / sugar - 1 tsp Method: Wash rice & dal thrice & soak it for 4 hrs. Soak flattened rice & fenugreek separately. After 4 hrs grind dal, rice, flattened rice & fenugreek to a fine batter. Add salt & sugar. Let it ferment for 7 to 8 hrs. Making of masala: உருளைக்கிழங்கு/ Potato - 4 medium size வெங்காயம்/ onion- 2 (sliced) பச்சைமிளகாய்/ green chili- 4 கருவேப்பிலை/ curry leaves- little இஞ்சி/ Ginger- 1/2 inch மஞ்சள்தூள்/ turmeric powder- 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லி இலை/ coriander leaves- little தேங்காய் எண்ணை/ coconut oil - 3 tsps கடுகு / Mustard seeds- 1 tsp உப்பு/ salt- to taste பெருங்காயம் / asafetida- 1/4 tsp Heat oil in a pan. Add mustards. When they splutter, add green chilli, ginger & curry leaves. Then add onion & saute till it becomes soft. Then add boiled mashed potatoes. Add salt & turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover with lid for 3 minutes. Mash it nicely. If necessary, add 2 tbsps of water to make it like a paste. Keep it in a separate bowl. Making of dosa: Take the fermented batter & mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding a little water. Heat dosa tawa. Spread the batter & add butter on all sides & the centre. Let it roast nicely. Add idly podi on top of dosa ( given link in description for idly podi recipe). Keep potato masala lengthwise. Let it roast & then fold it. Our Benne Dosa will be ready.
