#salad#saladrecipe#foxtailmilletsalad#foxtailmilletrecipes#ranjisflavours Ingredients: தினை / Foxmillet - 1 cup வெங்காயம்/ தக்காளி / திருவிய காரட் / பொடியாக நறுக்கிய வெள்ளரிக்காய்- Onion/tomato/grated carrot/cucumber— 2 tbsps each பன்னீர் / Paneer - 50 gms உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்/ Olive oil - 1 tbsp கொத்தமல்லி தழை/ Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash foxmillet nicely twice. Soak the same with water for 8 hrs. After 8 hrs take out the water & wash it again. Keep 2.5 cups of water in a pan. When it is hot, add the Fox millet, cover with a lid and let it cook for 20 minutes; stir in between. When the millet cooks, drain the water completely & cool it. Then add all vegetables with salt & pepper. Add olive oil and mix well. Lastly, add paneer & coriander leaves & mix well. Keep it covered & refrigerate for 2 hrs. Very healthy foxtail millet is ready. Serve it cool.
