Instant Tea premix powder/How to make perfect Tea premix powder like pro/Ready to drink tea premix

Ingredients: பால் பொளடர்/ Milk powder- 1 cup ( any cup can be taken) டீ பொடி / Tea powder - 3/4 cup சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup ஏலக்காய் தூள்/ Cardamom powder - 1 tsp இஞ்சி தூள்/ Ginger powder- 1 tsp Method: Add milk powder, tea powder, sugar, cardamom powder & ginger powder in a bowl. Mix well. Take all these in a mixer jar & make a fine powder. Sieve the same twice nicely. Store it in a clean, dry glass bottle for future use. To make tea: Take 2 cups of water in a bowl & let it boil. Then add 3 tsps of tea premix powder and keep it covered with a lid. Some particles will settle at the bottom. After 5 minutes, filter the tea into a cup. Our yummy, easy instant tea is ready to drink. This is very useful for traveling or for students staying in a hostel. பாவ் பாஜி/Mumbai famous street style Pav bhaji recipe/How to make pav bhaji in cooker easily at home

Ingredients: பாவ் பிரட் / Pav- as per requirement வெண்ணை / Butter - 150 gms உருளைக்கிழங்கு/ Potato - 2 கோஸ் / Cabbage - 100 gms குடைமிளகாய் / Capsicum - 100 gms காரட் / Carrot - 100 gms பச்சை பட்டாணி/ Peas - 100 gms காலிப்ளவர்/ Cauliflower- 100 gms வெங்காயம்/ onion - 2 big தக்காளி/ Tomatoes- 3 பாவ் பாஜி மசாலா / Pav bhaji masala - 3 to 4 tbsps காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் பொடி / Kashmiri chili powder- 1/2 tbsp கசூரி வெந்தயக்கீரை / Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய்/ Green chili- 3 சாட் பொளடர் / Chaat powder- 1/2 tbsp கொத்தமல்லி தழை/ Coriander leaves- 50 gms உப்பு /Salt - to taste எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tbsps மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash & cut veggies. Cut potatoes & keep in water. Take a pressure cooker & add all veggies. Add salt & turmeric powder. Keep it for 3 whistles & cook the vegetables. Take out the vegetables & mash them well with a potato masher nicely. Add butter & boil in alow flame for 4 minutes. Add green chilies, Kasuri Methi, and Kashmiri chili powder. Mix well, cover with a lid, and boil it for a longer time. Keep it aside. Take a pan & add oil & butter. Add onions & saute it well. Then add tomatoes & cook them well, in a vessel covered with a lid. When it's nicely cooked, add the cooked vegetables & mix well. Keep it for a long time in a low flame to get mashed. Take it out when it's no longer sticking to the sides of the pan. Add a little water to get the required consistency. Add coriander leaves & more butter. Now the bhaji is ready. Cut the Pav in half. Grease the pan with butter. Add coriander leaves & little bhaji inthat. Then add & roast Pav till it becomes crispy. Serve hot with bhaji & sliced onions & cut lemon. We can squeeze lemon on top of bhaji. #breakfastrecipe #panki #gujaratirecipes#gujaratirecipe #Pankirecipe Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 cup தயிர் / Curd- 1/2 cup தண்ணீர்/ Water - 1/2 cup எண்ணெய்/ Oil - 2 tsps கொத்தமல்லி இலை/ Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmericpowder-1 tsp இஞ்சி மிளகாய் விழுது / Ginger green chili paste - 1 tbsps Method: Take rice flour in a bowl. Add curd, ginger, green chili paste, oil, turmeric powder, salt & coriander leaves. Mix well & then add water to the mix. Rest it for 12 minutes. Heat a non-stick Tawa & grease the same with oil. Take a banana leaf & grease it with oil. Spread the batter in a round shape on a banana leaf. Keep one more leaf on top. Keep it on the tawa & cook the same by pressing it on both sides. Take it out after 2 minutes; when it is cooked

After 2 minutes of cooling, take out the panki slowly by hand. That will release it from the leaf very smoothly. Make all pankis in the same way. Serve it hot for breakfast. #bajiya #பஜ்ஜி#pakoda #மிளகாய்பஜ்ஜி#pepper #chilipakode# Ingredients: வெள்ளை மிளகாய் / White chili - 5 to 6 கடலைமாவு / Bengal gram flour- 4 ladles அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 ladle உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள/ Cumin powder- 1 tsp மிளகாய் தூள்/ Chili powder- 1.5 tsps பெருங்காயத்தூள்/adafetida powder- 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps to add in flour எண்ணை / Oil - to fry bajji மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash & wipe all chilies. Cut vertically in thin pieces. Cut in small pieces also to make pakoda. Take gram flour & rice flour in a bowl. Add salt, cumin, turmeric, oil, Asafoetida & chili powder to it & mix well. Then add water slowly to make the bajji batter & mix well. It should not be too thick or too thin. Heat oil in a kadhai. Pour the batter into tall glasses, dip the peppers completely, and make bajji. Dip chilies one by one, then fry in oil until golden brown & crispy. The same way dip all cut chilies in the batter & make pakoras & fry. Ingredients: பாசிப்பருப்பு / Mungdal- 1.5 cups பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 4 to 5 இஞ்சி/ Ginger - 1 inch பெருங்காயம்/ Asafetida- 1/2 tsp உப்பு/ salt - 1 tsp உருளைக்கிழங்கு/ Potato- 3 medium size காரட் / Carrot- 1 வெண்ணை/ Butter - 2 tsp Method: Wash & soak moongdal for 2 hrs. Then drain the water & take it in a mixer jar. Add green chili, ginger, salt & asafoetida. Grind it to a fine paste without adding water. Grate potatoes & carrots. Keep potatoes in water. After that, drain water & squeeze the same in a cotton cloth. Take the batter in a separate bowl and add a little water to correct the consistency. Heat the waffle maker. Then grease it with oil on both sides. Add the batter and spread evenly. Add grated potatoes & carrot on top. Close it & make a waffle. Open it after the green light comes. Add butter on top. It can be served with tomato ketchup or any green chutney. Our moong dal waffle is ready to keep in the lunchbox.
