#vegetables#souprecipe#soup#soupforweightloss#vegetablessoup Ingredients: ப்ரோக்கலி / Broccoli- 300 gms காரட் / Carrot - 2 ( sliced) பாலக் கீரை இலை / Palk leaves - 100 gms வெங்காயம்/ Onion - 1 தக்காளி/ Tomato - 3 உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 + 1/2 tsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1 tsp பால் க்ரீம் / milk cream - 2 tbsps பூண்டு பொடி / Garlic powder- 1 tsp Method : Clean the broccoli florets & soak it in salt water for 30 minutes & drain it afterwards. Slice carrots & onion. Wash Palak leaves & blanch it and keep in cold water. Take a cooker & add 2 glasses of water, heat. Add all veggies to that & cook it for 3 whistles. After cooking, cool all veggies to. Take out the tomato skin on top. After cooling, grind to a paste in a mixer grinder. Check the consistency & add water. Add salt, pepper powder, garlic powder & mix well. Boil the same for 2 min. Yummy veggie soup is ready. Serve soup with milk cream on top with focaccia bread or normal bread or pav.
