அரிசி மாவில் ஈஸியா செய்யக்கூடிய குஜராத்தி recipe பான்கி/Famous Gujarati Panki recipe for breakfast


 

#breakfastrecipe #panki #gujaratirecipes#gujaratirecipe #Pankirecipe Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 cup தயிர் / Curd- 1/2 cup தண்ணீர்/ Water - 1/2 cup எண்ணெய்/ Oil - 2 tsps கொத்தமல்லி இலை/ Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt - to taste மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmericpowder-1 tsp இஞ்சி மிளகாய் விழுது / Ginger green chili paste - 1 tbsps Method: Take rice flour in a bowl. Add curd, ginger, green chili paste, oil, turmeric powder, salt & coriander leaves. Mix well & then add water to the mix. Rest it for 12 minutes. Heat a non-stick Tawa & grease the same with oil. Take a banana leaf & grease it with oil. Spread the batter in a round shape on a banana leaf. Keep one more leaf on top. Keep it on the tawa & cook the same by pressing it on both sides. Take it out after 2 minutes; when it is cooked

After 2 minutes of cooling, take out the panki slowly by hand. That will release it from the leaf very smoothly. Make all pankis in the same way. Serve it hot for breakfast.
